    The staff at Grand Prairie Graff Chevrolet redefine hospitality. Winston Howell (seriously, he deserves a raise) patiently answered my gazillion questions. He didn’t push; he guided. And when I hesitated, he offered me assurance that I am receiving the best deal with fair market rates and showed me proof, Grand Prairie Graff Chevrolet isn’t just a dealership; it’s a destination. I've been going there for years, look them up they’ve got an SUV with your name on it. And if you’re lucky, Mr. Howell will be there to guide you through the adventure.

    I had been shopping for a replacement vehicle for a couple weeks. Dealt with several dealerships and private sellers. Found what I was looking for through the internet at this location and decided to pay a visit. I was immediately greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Reuben Flores. He was very helpful, personable, and professional. I was satisfied with the condition and price of the vehicle, and sat down for the long drawn out procedure of "wheeling and dealing". This actually didn't happen-- I stated what I was looking for as far as payments, and was immediately surprised at what they came back with. Reuben and team fought further to get where I wanted to be, and I walked out the door with a new (to me) vehicle, and a payment amount that was right where I wanted to be. I've bought several vehicles in my lifetime, and This by far has been the best dealership transaction I have experienced. Thanks Reuben!!!

    Graff Chevrolet & the staff there are absolutely great, caring, willing to help people. My wife & are in the market for a vehicle for her. Since we purchased our 17 Silverado from Graff, of course they were the first I called when we saw the need for a second vehicle. Carlos Machuca, Stefani Cornejo & Albert, one of the sales managers began working tirelessly & was there at every turn to answer questions & help. Although we have decided on another vehicle, I wanted to take this opportunity to ask that these individuals to be recognized. They listen, are attentive, they call back, they do everything in their power to help & that makes all the difference. I will, without a doubt be going back to Graff for our next vehicle which I'm looking to trade our 17 Silverado for either an 18 or 19 Silverado, either LT or LTZ Z71 since our family will soon be expanding. These individuals are Gold Star Quality & deserve recognition. Great job GM & GRAFF for having these stellar individuals on your team.     I had my sway bar linkages break on my Suburban while driving through the Dallas area. I'm from out of state. The positive- the service staff was friendly and was able to fix it while I waited. The negative- they charged me 2 hrs of labor when the GM computer system says it's a .7 hr job. Their excuse was because the bolts were rusted.... that's expected when they are old enough to break. I contacted my home town GM dealership, who knowing the bolts had to be cut off, still stated that it was a .7 hr job. My independent mechanic also stated it was a half hour to hour job with the cutting. But since I was transiting through, they realized they had the opportunity to make some extra off me. Rather classless for a dealership. I would suggest avoiding this dealership if at all possible!

    First of all this was my very first new car buying experience and it was delightful. It started with Mr. Kelvin Ellison who was just AWESOME --he made me feel like I was the center of attention very detailed oriented-- overall a nice guy and I am not just saying that because he is my friend it is just because its the truth. He was courteous, attentive -- and for that I really appreciate it. At first I was nervous but he made me feel at ease and for that I am grateful. Just love Kelvin. Secondly Bill, what can I say about Bill he was just great --he too was very courteous and outgoing and just made me feel like we have been knowing each other for years and for that I am thankful...Thirdly Joel was the papers guy and he explained everything to the fullest and I would have never known it was his first day in his new position unless he told me--he was very personable--thanks Joel...And last but not least Tom who would say is the $$$ guy---LOL he took my down payment --less than what I thought it was going to be and for that I am so blessed. The whole team made my new car experience a delightful one. I have not stopped smiling since I drove off the parking lot. From the moment I walked in the door till the time I was given the keys --It was a joyous experience one that I will never ever forget. bible says you have not because you asked not and I asked for the 2015 Camaro and I got it!!! Thank you Kelvin, Bill, Joel and Tom for starting my NEW YEAR off right. Thank you Love all of you and Keep up the Excellent Superb Delightful Customer Service. You all are the BEST EVER!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart....for making this a memorable experience.

    I brought my car in back in May for inspection and oil change. I believe the inspection was done because I go my sticker but the oil change that I was charged for was not done. When I explained this to the New Service Manager he took care of it and made sure my oil change was done. Not to mention, my car was inspected this time and found out that I do need additional work done for my vehicle to operating at peak performance. I am completely satisfied.
