Poor service
by Garry F S on 07/31/2025First visit was 4 hours long. Salesman didn’t have knowledge for a Lexus. Had to go ask several times. We agreed to purchase a car with a trade in. When arriving at our scheduled appointment to sign the deal, the original salesman was not… there. A female representative came out after waiting 35 minutes to say she will take over the deal. But she was unaware of trade in, the car we were to purchase and also unaware of incidentals agreed on. Tried to explain. She had to leave us multiple times to go see someone about the deal. We waited for hours. Finally she shows up and wants our drivers license and insurance card. Gone again for over 30 minutes. Tells us she will start paperwork. 2 hours later we ask for manager. He says he will expedite the process, as to my wife being crippled and in pain sitting so long. Printers are real slow, original salesman shows up. He informs us he is out of the loop and is no longer involved. He went to check up on process and we never saw him again. Finally we found the lady processing the deal and is actually a sales lady. We signed lots of paper and gave cashiers check and keys from our trade in and she disappeared again for 45 minutes. Was told car had been detailed for us but it was filthy. Now we had to wait on license plate installation. Overall experience was really unsatisfactory and we will not recommend anyone to purchase a auto there due to poor customer service.Great place to sell car!

Easy test drives, absolutely no pressure/haggling and found us a better rate from a lender… that wasn’t on our radar. Those are the details that make the dreaded car buying experience better. Sales person came out quickly had the vehicle I wanted to look at ready for me to test drive decided it wasn’t the vehicle I was looking for and she was able to help me find another vehicle.Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us! I have really bad anxiety when it comes to driving so having to drive and 1.5 to get there, I was NOT leaving with out a car. (I don't take highways) Not only did I leave with a car, I left with THE car I favorited on the website. However, our sales experience was not the best primarily because the salesperson we were working with was not a good communicator. When we were ready to purchase the car, we booked an… appointment through automatic texting and I let our sales person know what time we were coming, but when we arrived, he was on vacation and nobody knew we were coming. So, we spent the next two hours waiting on Echo Park to get our paperwork in the car together for what should’ve been a very simple 30 minute visit. We did appreciate the salesperson who stepped in to help us through the buying process when our original one was not available.Dear valued customer, thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
