We are very happy so far with the car we purchased. However, our sales experience was not the best primarily because the salesperson we were working with was not a good communicator. When we were ready to purchase the car, we booked an appointment through automatic texting and I let our sales person know what time we were coming, but when we arrived, he was on vacation and nobody knew we were coming. So, we spent the next two hours waiting on Echo Park to get our paperwork in the car together for what should’ve been a very simple 30 minute visit. We did appreciate the salesperson who stepped in to help us through the buying process when our original one was not available.
