Great car prices, patient salesmanship.
by CMH_2603 on 09/22/2024The car prices are nearly always the best prices I can find around the metroplex. Becides this, the other part I find ideal, is that the cars they sell are in the manufacturer's warranty. They do also offer extended warranties, through… 'Ally' - that I've used twice with my GMC. Both times using this went smoothly, with minimal issue. The only part I did not like, was that they now have a, "mandatory 5 year appearance protection plan." This plan is an additional $699 on top of TT&L. It IS plainly stated on the website and at the dealership, and can not be removed. This being the 3rd car I've purchased from this dealership, apparently this has become mandatory as of 2/2024. Here it's good experiences with purchasing. Lastly, if you hate haggling, the prices are set -it is a no haggle system. Same ole same ole
by Fooled Again on 09/14/2024I thought upon entering that this place would be different than a regular dealership. They make it seem as easy as shopping for groceries. They have you go to a computer, pick the cars you like and choose up to 4 keys to different cars to… go out on the lot to make sure the car matches what you liked online with in person. I actually liked this part of it. I thought it was fresh. But what wasn’t fresh, or better yet was stale even was the financing part. The same old routine where you have to do a lot of back and forth with the sales guy-talks-to-the-finance-guy-only bit. I wouldn’t have had to do any back and forth if they’d just honored their website’s financing numbers. There is this “Check financing” button on their website which is not only the normal website at home, the same they have on all their computers for you to search. On the site there’s this “check financing” button that lets you run numbers with hypothetical credit scores, percentages and length of loan terms. I understand these aren’t actual numbers but when their 1st, 2nd, and even 3rd “Offers”, when mind you there isn’t supposed to be any haggling, are almost 200, 150 or even 100 more a month than what I calculated ... on their website ... I know I’m not only dealing with non up and up people, I’m dealing with the same old salesman tactics; shady salesman tactics at that. If they’d just honor their numbers I would’ve been totally fine with no haggling. I also need to add that when I was running my own numbers at home and at Echo Park, I was thinking my credit was good. She really worked with me and the finance department to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable… with without missing out on any of the warranties or additional perks. Eco park review
by Dubyaoh on 08/13/2024The truck I found at the Grand Prairie facility was great. 2022 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock. Red with black trim. Beautiful truck, low mileage, clean carfax, great price on my trade in. So why 3 stars? It took six hours to complete. 10… minutes with our salesman Adrian, then he’d disappear for 30-40 minutes. Six hours! Walked out with a ridiculous interest rate of 13.9 with a credit score of 812. Am currently refinancing with my bank for 5.9. Their vehicles are good deals price wise, but be prepared to buy a $699 appearance coverage policy that they say is mandatory on all pre-owned vehicles. (They are going to realize that with me living in a farm, their policy is going to get a workout on removing upholstery stains and tears. Benjamin, I’m glad you’re happy with my response. I am happy with the truck. I was NOT happy with the buying experience. 6 hours? And 13.99% interest?? And the $699 “Mandatory “ appearance package/ insurance? That I was told was mandatory on all vehicles… that the paper work states in the fine print is NOT mandatory.

by Ann Pruett on 07/01/2024I drove up from Sherman, Texass which is a long trip for me. I am 80 yrs. old and I was driving a giant rental car which was very difficult for me. The traffic I encountered was thick and aggressive. But, I saw this wonderful 2019 RED… Lincoln MKC. I had a blue 2017 Lincoln MKC which I loved and was so hqppy to find yours. The salesman Bryan, was very nice but very new and didn't explain things to me. I have bought 2 other cars by myself since my husband died and never had a problem. But as this "deal" progressed, it became clear to me that I needed help. Every question I asked, he didn't know and there was so much more he should have told me without my aslking. I have been in contact with several other people at the Guest Loyalty Center there trying to undo some mistakes or problems. Mostly with Toya who has been wonderful to deal with. She got me a refund on a part that had to be replaced. I have tried to each her on the last problem I have which is the $699. appearance charge which showed up in my contract. I told Bryan I was not aware of this and wanted it taken off. He went to his boss on two occassions and came back with a No. It was getting late and I had a long drive home so signed papers and left. Upon reading more about this charge on a Final Acceptance page, I noticed it said I was to review the Products I had selected??I never checked this off or read it or had it explained to me. It also says the products are optional and NOT a requirement to purchase, yet when I asked Bryan about it being on the contract page where I first noticed it, he said there was no option, I had to buy it. I said I was too tired to go on and had to get going before dark. I fiogured I would read more later and figure it out. This whole part was like Elder Abuse and I was left to figure out it all out as Bryan was not able to explain it and runing back and forth to his boss with just a No answer didnt help at all. This is a lot of money for a procedure I was never explained about and never wanted to add to the contract. Someone, like his boss, should have come out and explained it to me but never did. I felt then and still do today, that I was rushed in and out and mislead. Neer have I felt this way with any other dealership. I was treated with respect and everything was totally explained to me. They cared about their reputation and my understanding of it all. The contracts were so messy and reprinted so many times, it was hard to read a lot of it. The whole transaction was very uncomfortable and regrettable . I do love my car but the service was horrible. And what in the world is apperance protection??? just another way to add money to the contract for something not needed. Very unhappy with it all during the contract stage. Never heard back from Bryan who was probably told not to contact me. I feel badly for him because he was so untrained and not helped out during this whole mess. A thankyou to and for Toya who helped me out a lot on everything except this apearance part and hasnt returned my last 2 calls to her. She had said she would try to see what she could do and get back to me which she hasn't yet. I mailed her a lot of information which you could ask to see which explains things better.
