What a fantastic process. We bought a vehicle in March of 2019 and were so satisfied with the process we returned in November of 2024 to sell the vehicle back to Echo. Heather was extremely honest and efficient thru the process and were very fair with the offer, including the $250 for selling within 48 hours of an online appraisal.
