    Should was the best sales guy ever . Want the best guy to deal with go to Georgetown Mazda and ask for him he’s off on Wednesday’s other then that he is always there. Very rofessional and gets you the best vehicle for the money.Again he’s the best you will ever meet there is a reason why he’s number one month after month top sales guy. You can call him [contact info removed] if you ever need a new or used vehicle. And the Georgtown Mazda dealership is the only place I go to and have been for the last 6-7 yrs and only deal with Dj .So make sure you ask for him and only him he will take care of you before during and after getting a vehicle.

    Arrived at 4:30 and was driving home by 6:30. Very low pressure and friendly staff; the whole experience was extremely easy. Johnathan Vaughn, our sales specialist was great--he made sure we were comfortable and aware of the entire process.

    GSM James G. called me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I am updating my review. BTW, the 2016 CX5 is a great car. It's fun to drive. We love it.

    I highly recommend requesting Jon Choate if you are looking to be taken care of while shopping for a car. I test drove with Jon and I am debating on which one to buy. He is extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers. He listened to my concerns as well as my budget. I recommend shopping here and recommend Jon without reservation. He is awesome!

    I did a lot of my new car searching online, and when we finally went in to Roger Beasley Georgetown, we were so impressed with the knowledge of our sales rep, Josh. He was super professional and friendly. He made us feel at ease with our decision. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because we mentioned a small break issue before purchase that wasn't fixed after they certified our used CX-9. However, after 3 more hours in the service department they are perfect. I was slightly upset that I had to go back, but satisfied that they were fixed to my satisfaction. I will definitely use this dealership again!

    Got a good verbal quote, so was willing to drive several hours to this dealership, who had in stock what I wanted. Specifically asked on the phone if this "today only" price was with the 0% financing Mazda offered, and was told "yes." After arriving, the internet salesman told me the same price, but that it was "cash only," and the price with 0% was $1,000 more. When I protested, was told "there must have been some mis-communication." Also showed him the invoice numbers from edmunds.com, and was told they were wrong even though the sticker matched the MSRP. Walked out. They called me 15 minutes later, and we made a deal, although several hundred over what they told me originally on the phone. Saved me a trip out of state for a much better deal on that vehicle (from a very reputable salesman), or I would have told them to shove it. This is the only dealership I know that when you call, a message states that they record conversations for "training purposes." Probably used in lawsuits. Will not deal with these [violative content deleted] again unless I have it iron clad from the beginning. Don't know how they sleep at night with all the lying they probably have to do. Gave it one star overall only because you cannot give zero (or negative). I question the other ratings here; elsewhere on the internet ratings are consistent with mine.

    I was shopping online for a Mazda3 HB in August of 2004 and found what I was looking for at Premier. I made a Saturday appointment w/Jesse Samples, the online sales manager and my wife and I took a drive up there. Jesse was extremely nice and helpful. He seemed to know the car pretty well and allowed us to take it out for an extended test drive by ourselves. We finally reached an agreement, signed the papers and we were getting ready to leave when Jesse said that they would have the car ready in about 2 hrs. So we waited, and sure enough we took it home that same day. Several things about the deal that stick in my craw to this day though: 1) I should have gotten a better deal. Though I had been shopping for some time and had tried to do my research there were still a few things that they were able to take financial advantage of. That's my fault, because they are in business to sell cars and make as much as they can on them. 2) I am dissappointed and was actually insulted by their first offer on my trade-in!! I was able to negotiate them up a little bit, but they knew they had me and didn't budge too far. 3) Be careful of those dealer add-ons. I refused most of them, but they did talk me into a tire/wheel insurance contract that has gone completely unused. 4) Their financing process was quick... VERY quick and has so far worked out well for me, but I do have very good credit. They did offer me a very competitive APR, one that I would not have been able to beat from my bank or credit union, Remember that dealer financing means that a dealer will make more $$$ on the overall deal.

    The sales staff at Premier Mazda are very professional and are willing to work reasonable deals with their customers. I have bought three Mazdas from Premier and each time my trade-in process has gone very smoothly and it has taken little time to get my paperwork completed. I am extremely happy with when I leave with my new car! No buyers remorse here... Thanks Jack Bellinoff (Sales Associate) & Mike Musick (New Car Sales Manager)!!!!!

    Great buying experience. This is my fourth transaction with Roger Beasley and they have all been honest and straightforward. Terrance at Mazda of Georgetown is a great guy and a pleasure to do business with. He knows his product and will go out of his way to help you.

    Great experience with the sales team at Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown! Garth and Wally were the dream team!! My husband and I were buying a new car for our family for the first time in 10 years and I could not believe what a pleasant and thorough experience we had! We LOVE our CX-9, I have absolutely no complaints! We did not even go to another dealership thanks to the wonderful customer service and attention that we received from Garth and Wally! We made up our minds and purchased a car in ONE day! They made it that easy! Can't say enough great things about this dealership, their awesome customer service and care and follow-thru is FIVE stars all the way around!! I would recommend them to anyone!

    We worked with Josh Oakden, Internet Sales, via email and phone. We worked with Josh to negotiate a great price. Discussed using 0% financing but it raised the price, so we opted to finance at a great rate and get the lower price. Drove from Dallas. Josh had the car detailed and tank full of gas. The paperwork was ready and the price exactly as discussed. We did the paperwork in less than 2 hours and were on our way! We've had the car 2 months now and love it! Thanks Josh!

    I had fantastic experience at Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown Garth was awesome he was so patient with me and helped me find the perfect car a Mazda 2. Garth made car shopping and buying so smooth and stress free. Its such a wonderful feeling buying a car through someone you can trust. :D

    I bought the new 2014 Mazda 6 here and had a pretty good experience. I called this dealership to ask when the Mazda 6 would be in stock. The sales rep, Garth, emailed me a couple days later to tell me that a couple cars in a couple colors had come in. The cars were beautifully detailed and waiting for me to test drive. The Mazda 6 itself was a beautiful quality piece compared to its former cousin, the Ford Fusion. The sales manager initially told me that the newly released 6 wouldn't be part of the S-Plan pricing, but he went to bat and called Mazda Corporate to allow the discount. I got a fair price for my trade, and it took about 3 hours to go through financing and delivery. Can't get much smoother than that!
