2002 Ford Excursion
by fredm. on 12/28/2018I just purchased a 2002 Ford Expedition with 25K miles on it from Eddie and Andrew at Safeen Motors. The vehicle had a clean CarFax and the pictures showed well. Contrary to my prior experiences in used car buying, they wouldn't let me… buy the vehicle sight unseen. I was able to located a car inspection service in the Garland area and have a 120 point inspection performed at a reasonable cost. After the vehicle past the inspection with high marks, we continued with the purchase. I flew in from out of state and was able to complete the paperwork and be on my way in under an hour! My experience with Eddie and Andrew was very positive and I would recommend Safeen Motors very highly. Fred M."Richard the sales guy"

by Batman on 06/08/2018Richard bent over backward to help me through each step of the way and stayed well beyond normal hours to help me close the deal. After I test drove the car, he asked me a few questions about the drive including "Is this the right car for… you?" This showed me that he did not just want to make a sale, but he wanted to put the right person in the right car. He helped me with things I didn't even ask for. Chris was able to work the financing into affordable monthly payments even though I am rebuilding my credit now due to past unemployment. And the car! I bought a Cadillac CTS Coupe that looks like the Batmobile! Awesome Car!. There was a parking sensor out on the rear bumper that they had already ordered for the car and told me they would call me when it came in and for me to stop by and they would install it for me. Great service! I would highly recommend them - Richard and Chris made the car buying experience fun. A Great Car - A Great Team - A Great Time! Thanks for all your help, BatmanAwesome place

I had a problem recently with one of my latest purchases and talked to them. They were very unwilling to compensate… me for my years of loyalty. Well I went to Safeen and inquired about a vehicle. The took care of me in less than an hour. This is my second vehicle from them. Trades not problem. Looks like i have a new car dealer. Great experience no pressure no haggling I told them what I expected and wanted Good spot. check them out Its worth it . FYI good cars too no junkEnjoyed working with Eddie

He also assisted us in obtaining an additional key fob at a great price which would have cost us… considerably more at the dealership. He answered every question on the car and the history of the dealership, we enjoyed our experience with Matt at Safeen motors he represented the company with compassion and commitment. Overall the car is wonderful, no body damage, great mileage, good parts which we checked ourselves and all functioning interior components(radio, power windows, ac/heater) were working in great condition. This is our best experience with a car dealership and if another time comes around we know exactly where to go. Thanks Safeen Motors for the AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!Thanks Eddie, I love my Lexus!
by WH on 05/18/2017From the time we stepped on lot, the sales staff gave us time to look before coming out to see if he could help. We've been looking for a while and dreaded pushy salespeople. Eddie was my salesman and he was easy to talk with, no pressure… and knowledgeable. There were a few small issues with car that were taken care of prior to delivery. Financing was quick and the entire experience was pretty pleasant. THANK YOU!
