Richard bent over backward to help me through each step of the way and stayed well beyond normal hours to help me close the deal. After I test drove the car, he asked me a few questions about the drive including "Is this the right car for you?" This showed me that he did not just want to make a sale, but he wanted to put the right person in the right car. He helped me with things I didn't even ask for. Chris was able to work the financing into affordable monthly payments even though I am rebuilding my credit now due to past unemployment. And the car! I bought a Cadillac CTS Coupe that looks like the Batmobile! Awesome Car!. There was a parking sensor out on the rear bumper that they had already ordered for the car and told me they would call me when it came in and for me to stop by and they would install it for me.
