We talked about both sides of the equation. I can’t say I agree with the… policy of asking. There were no issues with service at all. I’ve recommended this dealership to people in my family and others. I will continue to do so. I use both Glen Polk in Gville as well as Sanger.Mr. McCuistion, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for continuing to recommend us to your family and friends. Orlando Juarez was amazing! He took his time explaining everything to me… and had my car connected is just a few minutes. The part we needed for the brake light wouldn’t be in for a few weeks. David West had us leave the car overnight to test drive an electric truck. First thing the next morning, I got a message that the brake light was fixed and my car was ready to be picked up! David found the part at another dealership and had it picked up for us. Our car was clean and vacuumed and the tires were even polished! Road trip ready!!! Best customer service EVER! Fast Repair

I had to apply for their “fix now , pay later” option and wasn’t approved for the full… amount of the repair invoice. Paulo reworked my invoice to match the amount I was covered so nothing came out of my pocket that day! It was such blessing! Thank you Glenn Polk Chevrolet of Gainesville!Thank you, Kimberly! We’re so glad Paulo was able to get your truck in quickly and work out a solution that made the repair possible without adding stress. That “fix now, pay later” option can really come in handy, and it’s awesome to hear he went the extra mile to make it work for you. Super Honest, not Pushy, and had what we WANTED.
by Josiah Erekson on 07/28/2025I talked with a LOT of car dealerships and salesman after the last few weeks. We were looking for a minivan with stow and go seats for the rear seats. Every other salesman pushed, shoved, tried to upsell, get me to buy something else… entirely even sometimes. Not these guys! They listened to what we wanted, they were flexible, they were accommodating, and most importantly, they didn't try to get us something we didn't want. They built their foundation on trust and honesty, and they were even humourous with their light-hearted personalities. They helped us get the car we wanted, and made no fusses about our budget (unlike other places). They were prepared to let us go if they didn't have what we wanted, which is pretty huge compared to everywhere else. They didn't mince words, told us the EXACT history of the vehicle, printed a full Carfax report without even being asked (which also has the maintenance history), and they were patient and kind the entire way. We got exactly what we wanted and for a good price. Side note, the water from their dispenser is super good. I'm a bit of a water snob, so that's also a plus. I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle here. Somewhere else may try to trick you, upsell you, or brow beat you with sales pitches hoping annoyance will make you relent. These guys will take care of you when everyone else only cares about your money.Thank you, Josiah—this absolutely made our day.
