Fast, efficient, and delivered!

I took it in that morning, they had a driver take me to work, and they delivered my vehicle when it was finished, all within a couple of hours. They were… friendly and helpful.Thank you, Nicole. Justin killed it AGAIN

Justin went above and beyond in both instances to take care of our needs and make the process as easy as possible for us. She can keep up with the best in the business. They have two other service writers and… they are also very good. I like her for her great attitude and personality taking care of my vehicle.I love this review, RJ, especially since you were a former service manager and spoke so highly of our team. by CH on 10/18/2024They(Lori and the service Mechanics) saved my day. I had car trouble driving from Edmond to Austin, and thankfully was able to coast into Glenn Polk Ford. They were able to squeeze me in, diagnose the problem and source a part out of thin… air and get me back on the road later that day. Can’t thank them enough!Heeeeeck yeah! Teamwork all the way! I love hearing that everyone pulled together to get you out of a jam. Thank you so much for sharing this with everyone.

24 Ranger, problem solved

I have the check engine light serviced 6 times before a trip to Texas landed us at Glen Polk Ford and… they stayed at it until everything was fixed. Thanks again Brook and the service team!!Thank you, Doug. It's unfortunate that the other dealers weren't able to take care of your problem, but I love to hear that Brooke and her team got you fixed up. Communication makes all the difference!

by Mark Hayworth on 08/21/2024updated 08/28/2024I was driving past Glenn Polk on the way to drop off my son at college in Nebraska when my brand new Ford Lightning (that I bought from a different dealership) wouldn’t charge. I didn’t have the power to get much further than Glenn Polk but… thank goodness I did. They spent an hour troubleshooting the issue but the EV specialist wasn’t in house so they were going to have to wait. Enterprise didn’t have a vehicle large enough to carry all our dorm room supplies. We were at a crossroads. Luckily for us we stopped at Glenn Polk their whole team came together and the let us borrow a Ranger to get to Nebraska and back. They also helped to make sure on way back through to have the lightning charged and ready to go on Sunday! I cant say enough about the Glenn Polk team. If you are in the market please consider them, they are in the business for all the right reasons!Thank you for sharing this with everyone, Mark. It makes the Polk Family very proud to hear stories like these where our employees make decisions with their hearts and not just the facts in front of them. I'm glad we got your EV taken care of, and please send the team all your friends and family.
Glenn Polk started out in the car business in September of 1971 while taking a two-week vacation from his electrical job. Glenn was so successful his first week in sales that he decided to pursue his new career in the automotive industry. Quickly realizing that “customer satisfaction” is top priority, helped Glenn with his promotion to “Assistant Manager” only four months into his new career. After many years of running dealerships across the metroplex, Glenn figured it was time to go after his goal of owning his own dealership. So, he and his family moved from Arlington, TX to Gainesville to start their new journey. Glenn opened the doors to Glenn Polk Ford – Mercury on April, 15 1995 in a brand-new facility on Interstate 35 across from the Gainesville Outlet Mall. With only 21 employees and 116 vehicles on the lot, the dealership rapidly grew and exceeded the expectations of both the Polk Family along with Ford Motor Company.
