I was driving past Glenn Polk on the way to drop off my son at college in Nebraska when my brand new Ford Lightning (that I bought from a different dealership) wouldn’t charge. I didn’t have the power to get much further than Glenn Polk but thank goodness I did. They spent an hour troubleshooting the issue but the EV specialist wasn’t in house so they were going to have to wait. Enterprise didn’t have a vehicle large enough to carry all our dorm room supplies. We were at a crossroads. Luckily for us we stopped at Glenn Polk their whole team came together and the let us borrow a Ranger to get to Nebraska and back. They also helped to make sure on way back through to have the lightning charged and ready to go on Sunday! I cant say enough about the Glenn Polk team. If you are in the market please consider them, they are in the business for all the right reasons!
