School Bus Granny's New Ride
by The Dixie Driver on 07/21/2025This year I will be cruising through my day while driving a big yellow school bus, looking forward to driving home in my new bold blue 2025 Chevy Trax Active Truck by night. The sales, and finance team at Glenn Polk were helpful on the… phone and my salesperson Aspen made the whole experience stress free and laid back. The team chatted me up like a lost five year old waiting for her mom to be found, put me at ease and worked with me to find a price I could afford in payments and coverage that helped me feel safe about my new vehicle. If you are looking for a vehicle give Glenn Polk a chance. They gave me a nice trade in price price for my seven year old compact sedan that helped me out in the final cost of new Chevy.Best Service In History!

From the moment I got on the phone with Michael, I could tell that this dealership would be worth the 90 minute drive from Midlothian, TX. I completely love my Chevy Silverado!… I called Michael 2 days after my purchase and let him know that I lost my wedding ring in my trade in vehicle a while back and that it is stuck under the carpet somewhere. 3 Hours later, Michael sent me a picture of my wedding ring and sent it in the mail! That means a lot to me that he would go out of his way to return something so sacred to me. Thank you again, Michael! I sent information on my trade in, and were able to agree on a price, as well as the… purchase price of the new truck. Once we agreed, I went to the dealership and closed. Typical shady dealership

Very slick, try to distract you from the details of the deal. Be on your toes if you go there.Good morning. We researched all of our leads over the past seven days and talked to every sales manager and salesperson, and no one is familiar with the situation you are describing. Is it possible that you did not mean for this to be Glenn Polk Ford? We do not even sell vehicles at the sticker price, and the experience you are describing would be EXTREMELY out of character for anyone on our team (as you can tell from all our reviews). No Pressure
by SC Jimmy on 09/29/2024I had already been shopping on line for several days & had test drove several vehicles so I knew exactly what truck I wanted to purchase. I contacted Glenn Polk Gainesville and made arrangements to test drive the GMC AT4. When I arrived… my salesman Johnny had it cleaned & fueled and ready to test drive. After our return the General Manager, David, sat down with me & my wife and with in 5 minutes we had a deal. They sent me home with the truck that night to insure it was what I wanted before signing. I came in the following morning at 10:30 and was on my way home at noon. As I said “no pressure”, the entire process was a pleasure. The entire staff from sales to finance to the management team were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. We even purchased an extended warranty for the truck which is something I’ve never done with the purchase of any other vehicle. The dealership is smaller compared to the stores in the Dallas, Fort Worth metroplex and would could tell it in the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Prices were several thousand less making the experience even better! Hassle free, professional, friendly service I would definitely recommend this dealership to family & friends! No pressure!!!Wow! What an incredible testimony to our team. Thank you so much for sharing this and for your purchase.
