I had already been shopping on line for several days & had test drove several vehicles so I knew exactly what truck I wanted to purchase. I contacted Glenn Polk Gainesville and made arrangements to test drive the GMC AT4. When I arrived my salesman Johnny had it cleaned & fueled and ready to test drive. After our return the General Manager, David, sat down with me & my wife and with in 5 minutes we had a deal. They sent me home with the truck that night to insure it was what I wanted before signing. I came in the following morning at 10:30 and was on my way home at noon. As I said “no pressure”, the entire process was a pleasure. The entire staff from sales to finance to the management team were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. We even purchased an extended warranty for the truck which is something I’ve never done with the purchase of any other vehicle. The dealership is smaller compared to the stores in the Dallas, Fort Worth metroplex and would could tell it in the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Prices were several thousand less making the experience even better! Hassle free, professional, friendly service I would definitely recommend this dealership to family & friends! No pressure!!!
