Worth the drive!

The next day she reached out letting us know the car we wanted arrived on their… truck. She worked with her people to get us a deal we were happy with. We drove 5 hours to pick up our new car💕. We were treated with nothing but friendly people.Thank you, Monica and David! What an awesome story—Aspen is fantastic, and we’re so glad she made you feel welcome from the moment you pulled in. Fast Repair
by Kimberly Maxwell on 07/31/2025Called and spoke with Paulo to schedule my truck for service. Paulo was able to set me up for an appointment and they got my truck fixed by the next day! I had to apply for their “fix now , pay later” option and wasn’t approved for the full… amount of the repair invoice. Paulo reworked my invoice to match the amount I was covered so nothing came out of my pocket that day! It was such blessing! Thank you Glenn Polk Chevrolet of Gainesville!Thank you, Kimberly! We’re so glad Paulo was able to get your truck in quickly and work out a solution that made the repair possible without adding stress. That “fix now, pay later” option can really come in handy, and it’s awesome to hear he went the extra mile to make it work for you. Super Honest, not Pushy, and had what we WANTED.
by Josiah Erekson on 07/28/2025I talked with a LOT of car dealerships and salesman after the last few weeks. We were looking for a minivan with stow and go seats for the rear seats. Every other salesman pushed, shoved, tried to upsell, get me to buy something else… entirely even sometimes. Not these guys! They listened to what we wanted, they were flexible, they were accommodating, and most importantly, they didn't try to get us something we didn't want. They built their foundation on trust and honesty, and they were even humourous with their light-hearted personalities. They helped us get the car we wanted, and made no fusses about our budget (unlike other places). They were prepared to let us go if they didn't have what we wanted, which is pretty huge compared to everywhere else. They didn't mince words, told us the EXACT history of the vehicle, printed a full Carfax report without even being asked (which also has the maintenance history), and they were patient and kind the entire way. We got exactly what we wanted and for a good price. Side note, the water from their dispenser is super good. I'm a bit of a water snob, so that's also a plus. I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle here. Somewhere else may try to trick you, upsell you, or brow beat you with sales pitches hoping annoyance will make you relent. These guys will take care of you when everyone else only cares about your money.Thank you, Josiah—this absolutely made our day. The sales, and finance team at Glenn Polk were helpful on the… phone and my salesperson Aspen made the whole experience stress free and laid back. The team chatted me up like a lost five year old waiting for her mom to be found, put me at ease and worked with me to find a price I could afford in payments and coverage that helped me feel safe about my new vehicle. If you are looking for a vehicle give Glenn Polk a chance. From the moment I got on the phone with Michael, I could tell that this dealership would be worth the 90 minute drive from Midlothian, TX. I completely love my Chevy Silverado!… I called Michael 2 days after my purchase and let him know that I lost my wedding ring in my trade in vehicle a while back and that it is stuck under the carpet somewhere. 3 Hours later, Michael sent me a picture of my wedding ring and sent it in the mail! That means a lot to me that he would go out of his way to return something so sacred to me. Thank you again, Michael! I sent information on my trade in, and were able to agree on a price, as well as the… purchase price of the new truck. Once we agreed, I went to the dealership and closed. Misleading
by Trey Posey on 07/10/2025GMC has a known issue, I told them what the issue was and they still wanted to diagnose themselves (I get it) so asked me to drop it off for the day. Never did she mention it was $180 fee. When the repair quote came back over $1000 for a… bad micro switch (which is a gmc issue) I told them I didn’t want to spend that much so they were going to charge me a diagnostic fee for something I already knew was wrong. So instead of wasting more money and living over an hour and half away so I’d waste 6 hours of driving had them fix it. Very disappointed in GMC and extremely disappointed in Glen Polk for being misleading. We have bought at least 10 vehicles as a family and as a small business the last several years and we will no longer consider doing business as a family or as a business with them any longer.The service manager Corey Brown reached out to me. He was genuinely concerned with my experience and took the time to listen and did what he could to make the situation right. Where as the GMC issue was never Glenn Polks fault Corey did enough to make me feel heard and I am confident he will take my concerns to help improve the service and over all customer experience.
