My requested service was done efficiently and effectively. I enjoyed my interaction with all dealership… personnel. They treated me as if I were family!HIgh Expectations Exceeded
by Mr Dan on 01/24/2025I made an appointment for 90K mile recommended maintenance for my 2014 GMC Sierra plus I ordered a specific set of tires for it. Not only was my work order completed as I requested, your eagle-eyed technician noticed a worn/rattling sway… bar link and replaced it and its twin. I don't want to guess what that failure might have caused. In my view, I was treated like a member of the family! Thanks.Thank you for sharing this. You are part of the family, and we appreciate you bringing your vehicle to us for all your maintenance needs. Thank goodness he caught that sway bar issue. See you next time.
Typical shady dealership

Very slick, try to distract you from the details of the deal. Be on your toes if you go there.Good morning. We researched all of our leads over the past seven days and talked to every sales manager and salesperson, and no one is familiar with the situation you are describing. Is it possible that you did not mean for this to be Glenn Polk Ford? We do not even sell vehicles at the sticker price, and the experience you are describing would be EXTREMELY out of character for anyone on our team (as you can tell from all our reviews). Great service department

In addition to my regular service they performed three recall issues on my truck. No Pressure
by SC Jimmy on 09/29/2024I had already been shopping on line for several days & had test drove several vehicles so I knew exactly what truck I wanted to purchase. I contacted Glenn Polk Gainesville and made arrangements to test drive the GMC AT4. When I arrived… my salesman Johnny had it cleaned & fueled and ready to test drive. After our return the General Manager, David, sat down with me & my wife and with in 5 minutes we had a deal. They sent me home with the truck that night to insure it was what I wanted before signing. I came in the following morning at 10:30 and was on my way home at noon. As I said “no pressure”, the entire process was a pleasure. The entire staff from sales to finance to the management team were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. We even purchased an extended warranty for the truck which is something I’ve never done with the purchase of any other vehicle. The dealership is smaller compared to the stores in the Dallas, Fort Worth metroplex and would could tell it in the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Prices were several thousand less making the experience even better! Hassle free, professional, friendly service I would definitely recommend this dealership to family & friends! No pressure!!!Wow! We just purchased our fourth one from them. And when finishing up with the paper work… was also a good experience. Can't remember the guys name but he made it non painful . The whole process was great! We called and they had it ready to test drive when we got there.… They gave a fair trade in value and sales price. by D Graves on 09/10/2024I bought my truck at Glenn Polk and had a good experience, but the Service had not met my expectations. The wait for a “loaner” car is over 4 weeks (What ?)! I had to call myself (multiple times, over multiple days) to get the status on my… car, rather than a proactive call from them. The work they did was great, but I expect better service.I totally agree and will get with everyone involved. Thank you for letting me know. Communication is soooooooo important, and I apologize that we failed. This really is out of character for that service team, but it does happen occasionally. I will address and please don't give up on us.
