by JT on 04/19/2023I have recently traded in and bought a vehicle at this dealership after I had some service work done…At first, I was hesitant driving the extra distance to Gainsville, but was tired of the hastle from big city dealers. Let me tell you, it… was more than WORTH it!!! The service department was quick, fair and had my vehicle ready on time - the sales staff were very laid back and treated me like family. The manager even came out and met my family after we had bought the vehicle. Overall I would highly recommend Glenn Polk for any of your needs. I will be shopping with them from now on.Thank you very much for letting everyone know that the drive here is worth it and how wonderful your experience was. by Don T on 12/08/2022Our truck went in for replacement parts after hitting a deer. Thankfully there was no frame damage so Glenn Polk could do all the work. We upgraded the front end and a few other things out of pocket well. The truck looks and rides amazing!… The techs and advisor did an superb job! Kept us up to date with changes or issues. Best part is the truck was done on time. My wife was able to show up, pick up the keys and drive off. Not a single complaint and I look forward to going to them again for any issues or concerns I have in the future.Thank you, Don. I apologize for the late response. For some reason, I missed this one a few months ago. We appreciate you bringing it to us and having zero complaints::)))

In minimal time, they were able to inspect my vehicle, service it, and get my back on… the road.Wow, that's pretty awesome. Im happy the team was able to assist with your Audi and get you back going. Going the extra mile

They are always fair in their pricing and up front on what the can and cannot do. Eric and his crew are very helpful.… Recently I brought my daughter's Chevy in because she was run off the road by a driver in her lane. The check engine light came on and she was very upset. I brought it in late in the afternoon and Jacob had his techs check it over top to bottom. Turned out to minor issues and no undercarriage damage. The peace of mind was worth a lot to me and the did not have to even take a look since it was not a Chrysler product. Thanks Jacob for going the extra mile on that one! This is typical of the service I receive and not the exception!This is a truly amazing review and testimony to our crew. Thank you so much for sharing it and for trusting us with your family's vehicles.
