With our preparedness it took my wife and I 1hour and 15 minutes to get there and only 45 minutes to sign and… drive away. Elizabeth with finance was also knowledgeable and professional. Hopefully it will be a handful of years before we need to come back but we will be back. We will certainly refer friends and family to the Glenn Polk dealershipI loooooooooooove your title...."wham bam thank you Ram":::)) This story is awesome, thank you so much for making me laugh and be proud of our employees.

It was after hours and he opened the door to see how he could help me. I found that he… understood exactly what and why i need a 4-down tow car. Over the next few days Frank sent me several options which i did stop in to look at "Welamena" first owner had named the Jeep. Everyone at the dealership was dedicated and professional couple hours and the process was done and i was on my way home. Great job TEAM!!!!Everything you said about Frank describes his personality to a tee. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with everyone and we are happy you found the right vehicle.

Let me tell you, it… was more than WORTH it!!! The service department was quick, fair and had my vehicle ready on time - the sales staff were very laid back and treated me like family. The manager even came out and met my family after we had bought the vehicle. Overall I would highly recommend Glenn Polk for any of your needs.
