Great Experience - Straight talk and a good deal

I'd test driven the competing products. I'd read the dealer reviews. What I needed when I walked in the… door was to firm up the details. Bob K. and the team (Lynsie on the options, Julian in the installation, and great information and a great deal on the financing) - they put it all together. Bob and Marla followed up on questions I had after the sale. As a professional project consultant - no project is the same, but a process to handle the details is what makes you successful. Bob did a great job of coordinating the details and pulling it all together.Helpful, efficient and straightforward.

McDavid Honda in Frisco seemed to give extra effort to help my wife and I find the car we wanted without a high-pressure sales pitch. Our salesman, Aldee M., allowed me to… interrupt his schedule and we received his full attention while we located and drove the car we were looking for. When it came time to discuss financing, McDavid Honda provided as good a deal as any other Honda dealer I could find in the area. Financing was easy and went smoothly, but I do recommend getting a copy of the financing form online to prepare in advance. A very unexpected, and pleasant experience.BUYER BEWARE

I bought a Honda Accord Sport last month for my wife so I thought I would buy a new Accord Hybrid for my personal car. I immediately… new the $1700.00 add-ons were untrue because of my previous months purchase. I was in my truck and leaving when the salesman came out to stop me and offer a better deal. I agreed, shook hands with the salesman and the manager only to have them go back on their word 30 minutes later. This was totally uncalled for especially when I had driven 5 hours to get to their dealership and had another 5 to drive to return home. I can't believe Honda allows this dealer to carry its name.Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I apologize for the negative experience you had while in our dealership. I called on a Friday night and Stacy J. answered the phone and told me that he would love to make me a deal on an Odyssey. I set an appointment for Saturday… morning and came down from the downtown Dallas area. Stacy and Rob T. (Sales Director) were kind, helpful and great in making sure that I got a great deal as well as a van that would be best for my family. I would not buy another car/van elsewhere. Lynsie B., the Accessories Manager, did an excellent job at explaining the different accessory options and making sure that I got a package that included all of the necessities. Also, KJ J. in the finance department was very helpful in taking the time to explain financing options. Julian in the service department did a great job at making sure my accessories were installed. Having read reviews and spoken with friends about it, we decided the CR-V (EX-L trim with… Navigation) was probably best for us. We looked briefly at other places then went to McDavid Honda in Frisco. We were greeted by David A. whose presence and demeanor were conspicuously warm, kindly, and not at all "pushy." I whispered to my wife, "I think we've found our guy!" Then, just as our conversation got going, our old friend Benny F. -- we did not know he was at McDavid or that he was New Car Sales Manager -- spotted us and came to offer his usual hearty welcome. Working together, it didn't take long for us to us to find the right car, come to a reasonable agreement about pricing, and then settle things. I have no idea how many cars we've bought over the years, including several Hondas, but this was far and away the best experience we've ever had. David and Benny could hot have been more customer-focused, helpful, and as gently as at ease with us as we were with them. It was an altogether happy experience and we commend McDavid Honda, David A. and Benny F. with sincerity and enthusiasm.car buying experience

I was on my way to test drive 4 cars at other dealerships later that day. Andrew L. was my salesperson and after… speaking to him I was convinced that there was no need to visit and test drive other cars. Compared to the Civic I eventually bought that day, those cars and prices did not suit my need. I cancelled the appointments. A major reason I stayed also is that Mr. L. was VERY professional, non-stressful by not pressuring me and highly knowledgeable. I am very impressed with the dealership, especially Mr. L.'s success in finding the car I really like, but also with the Manager, David B. who worked with me on the financial side. I will definitely refer others to this dealership and if in the future, I want another car, I am sure it will be from David McDavid Honda of Frisco.Best Sales Person Ever!

Every time my salesperson has been David A. Before I purchased the first accord (Dec.… 2011) from David Mcdavid I have shopped around several dealers in the dfw area, but ended up purchasing from David A. as he was following up with me on daily basis in a friendly way. For the next two purchases (July 2012, June 2013) it was very easy for me as I just contated David A. and was offered a fair price. He was extremely fair and upfront about the price of the car and the options that are already on the car. Since my first purchase I have recommended A. and the McDavid honda of Frisco to my friends and family.Outstanding sales service!

This is my first Honda, earlier I had Hyundai Sonata which I bought 5 years ago in New Jersey, which is fine vehicle. My experience has been very positive. I did my research for… buying SUV for more than a 2 months online as well as dealership. I never test drove any vehicle how much the dealership will ask me too, because I was not ready and did not wanted to waste time of salesman and mine. Yesterday finally I decided that I am ready to buy it and who ever gets me the deals and the price range that I want with the features I need, I will do the deal (Honda and Toyota were the only one in my mind, no other SUV interested me, I like the BOX model of both Truck chasis). I did get an excellent deal with them and I am not sure in relative terms if it is good deal or bad, but I know that based on internet and truecar.com or edmunds.com users I did get excellent deal. The only con side of this deal was that I did not have choice and there was only 1 that was left in the lot and I had to take that. Although the color that I got was my first choice, so I am happy, but it was second choice of my wife. I found the salesperson & his manager nice and obviously they are in business of selling cars, so it does not matter to me if a salesman is pushy, I was ready for giving my time and listening to them while maintaining my own requirements and we negotiated hard and I was satisfied as they came close to what I wanted them to be and had as deal. The relationship has just started, so I do not know what future holds for me. I see that this has a very bad service reviews, so will see what happens and when it happens. I will post my experience if I do get to go there may be in an year or so.
