George Strong is great.
by Andy Valdivia on 08/21/2025I recently had the pleasure of working with George Strong at Hendricks VW and I can’t recommend him and the staff there enough. From the moment I submitted an online inquiry regarding a 2023 VW Arteon SEL Premium R-Line, George immediately… called me and even sent me videos of the car. George was very easy to work made the entire process easy. He’s kind, patient, and professional, always responding quickly to all my texts and answered all my questions and even sending pictures. He took the time and to listened to what I wanted and worked with me to do everything he could to make the deal happen while being transparent and never pushy. On top of that, George’s passion for Volkswagen’s really stands out. His office is filled with VW memorabilia and VW Hot Wheels that are perfectly spaced on his office walls. After going over and beyond to make sure I got the best price possible, we made the deal but now I had to fly from Houston to Frisco to pick up the car. Rather than letting me catching an Uber after I landed, George went out of his way to pick me himself from the airport and drove me dealership. The entire staff at Hendricks is extremely nice and helpful. If you’re in the market for a vehicle especially a VW, do yourself a favor and visit Hendricks VW and ask for George. They have a huge selection of great cars. My experience was so great and stress free that I even enjoyed the 4 hour drive back to Houston. Thanks again, George.George Strong! 5 stars.

George Strong is the Man!

From the very first online inquiry I submitted in the morning, George reached out immediately — sending detailed pictures… and videos of the 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan SE R-Line in Avocado Green, which my wife had her heart set on. George was extremely kind, patient, and easy to work with. His responses were quick, clear, and never pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed and worked with us to meet us at our price point — making sure we got into the perfect vehicle without hassle or stress. He’s also a true car enthusiast, something you’ll notice right away when you step into his office — decked out with Hot Wheels and car memorabilia. That passion shows in the way he treats his customers and loves what he does. If you’re looking for an honest, fair, and genuinely caring salesperson, George is the one. The choice was easy to return to this particular dealership for our car… buying experience! We had such a memorable and refreshing experience with George, our sales consultant previously, that we reached out to him again for assistance with another purchase. George is knowledgeable about the functionality of the vehicles, the differences between models, is very prompt with finding out the answer to additional information we may need, is transparent, and allows YOU (as the customer) to make your own decision. He doesn't hassle nor hover. He ensures that you have all the accurate information needed to solidify your choice. Also, I should add that when I reached out to George to let him know we were interested in purchasing another car, he wasted no time in gathering the details of what we were looking for and scheduling an appointment. He also had all of the vehicles that we were interested in, and some that matched our interest, parked together in a row upon our arrival to the dealership, for easy comparison. Tell me about first class customer service!!! Not to mention, he even sent us videos of the subject vehicles prior to the appointment. Needless to say, we are more than satisfied with our purchase and the great care we received throughout the car buying process (once again :-).
