George Strong is the Man!

I had the pleasure of working with George Strong at Hendrick Volkswagen in Frisco, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the very first online inquiry I submitted in the morning, George reached out immediately — sending detailed pictures… and videos of the 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan SE R-Line in Avocado Green, which my wife had her heart set on.
George was extremely kind, patient, and easy to work with. His responses were quick, clear, and never pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed and worked with us to meet us at our price point — making sure we got into the perfect vehicle without hassle or stress.
He’s also a true car enthusiast, something you’ll notice right away when you step into his office — decked out with Hot Wheels and car memorabilia. That passion shows in the way he treats his customers and loves what he does.

Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco is NOT afraid to make a deal with their customers!… Pascual's hospitality made our decision to purchase our Tiguan very easy. The best part? There is no "buyers remorse". We fall in love with our Tiguan more and more every day, especially because of the deal they gave us. by Chaserday944 on 05/07/2016Leo!! He is your man!! So I am a longtime VW fan, and have purchased my last VW's from Lewisville VW. However, Hendricks was closer to my home and right off the highway. I needed a truck, and was quite sad that I wasn't going to be… able to get a VW. So, I started looking for a Toyota Tundra and found a used one at Hendricks. Leo was super friendly and VERY accommodating. I was closing on a home and very afraid that I was going to miss out on a this truck I fell in love with because of the home. However, Leo and the management went above and beyond to hold the truck until I was able to close on the home. I couldn't believe it and neither could my friends and family members. The whole experience was stress free and I truly appreciated the "personal touch" with the above and beyond (your normal job responsibilities) attitude. As a entrepreneur who practices the same beliefs and attitude, made the overall experience memorable. Thank you Leo and Hendricks team for such a truly wonderful experience for both me and my wife. I felt absolutely no pressure. I felt a rapport with him immediately --… that he was in my corner the whole time. Test driving was a breeze and I felt I had plenty of time to look at and inquire about the car. I bought the car for a totally fair price and I got a great service plan. by DavidHofer on 02/16/2016I decided to look at certified pre-owned CC's to replace my 2010 VW CC. Upon entering the dealership I was met by David Davidson. David was extremely kind, and really listened to our situation and what we wanted. not only did he take… everything into consideration, but he made sure that ALL our requests were met. I ended up getting a great deal on a new(er) CC, as well as a fair amount on my trade in. (2k) more than what the Volvo dealership was going to give us for my 2010. Overall, the experience was stress free, and enjoyable. I know where and who I'll be buying my cars from in the future. David And Hendticks are great! If you are looking for easy process and straight answer these are the people to talk to. Also my… finance person Josh Barnett was extremely patient answering all my questions about my warranty. Besides the fact that they gave me excellent deal on the vehicle they also provided me with excellent extended plan that will cover everything on my car for 100,000 miles. I have been through a lot of dealerships and been around many sales people, and I have never experienced such a fast, honest, fun time. He is definitely one of the great… sales people. The dealer took care of me. They got me into a nice 2016 Jetta, the one that I wanted. Before this dealer, I went to several others to trade in my car, and the other dealers did not want to work with me due to my situation. They all basically gave up. So.. I went to Hendricks Volkswagen because I had seen some specials going on. Never had knew I would get into a brand new with 10 miles on this car. I really thought I would only get a old used car, but that did not happen! Very nice finance people, they took care of me very well. Probably the best dealer. by Corkey74 on 10/14/2015After using Edmunds to research the VW Jettas, and scouting the local inventory, we decided to contact Hendrick VW in Frisco. We made initial contact with David by email and confirmed the details of the car with him. Due to work schedules… and horrible traffic, we arrived at the dealership an hour before closing on a Thursday. Scott was there to show us the car and answer all the questions/concerns we had. With the professionalism and friendliness shown to us by both David and Scott, we made the deal for the car that night. By the time everything was wrapped up, it was an hour past closing, and I never felt any negative attitude from anyone about staying late for us. There was some trouble servicing the car the next day, but when it was ready Scott and David took the time to deliver the car to our house and explain a few more features on the car. James in the finance department was also a great guy to deal with. by OzzLopez on 05/30/2015Online, I contacted 6 other dealers in the Texas and Oklahoma, about purchasing a TDI Touareg Executive, they all treated me like I was not serious (gave me the impression I was wasting their time) and suggested I come in and they would… talk to me. The last dealer I contacted was Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco (I should have started here) I was immediately put in contact with David Davidson, who treated me like a person. He got to know me before trying to sell me anything. David Davidson at Hendrick VW was the only one who took me serious about purchasing a TDI Touareg Executive series. David and I worked out everything online or over the phone. When David met all my request (and yes he jump several hurdles) I gave him a verbal okay, he held the vehicle for me for a week, until I could take time to drive across Texas to meet with him. When I arrived at Hendrick VW in Frisco, TX, I was met by David, then the one of the owners came up and personally thank me for driving up. Afterwards I met Ron, the eCommernce Director, who I feel was a big part of the superb online experience I had. I was in an out the door with my TDI Touareg Executive series in about two hours. The longest wait was on the finance director, but once I met James the finance director, it was worth the wait. James went over all the options and discussed every form I was signing. I could tell James was watching my expressions and knew when to stop and explain things in simple terms. Yes, it took a little longer than normal in the finance department with James, but when I walked out I did not have any questions or concerns about my financing.Awesome place!
