by g37s_driver on 06/22/2012updated 05/04/2025My salesperson (Benny) is one of the best I've ever dealt with. He was helpful, knowledgable, and (believe it or not) caring. Although he clearly asked for my business and wanted to sell me a car, I always felt as though he had my best… interest at heart. He never pushed me to make a decision before I was ready. Further, now that I've got my car, he's still very happy to answer questions and provide assistance. In fact, after having my car for around a month, he called on his own accord just to ensure I'm still loving it (which I am). While the Crest facilities leave something to be desired (I understand they're planning to build a new facility soon, though), my experience with Benny outshines any such shortcomings.Ask for Derrick

Salesman's quote was way above the competition, and just did not get warm and fuzzies with this guy. Continued to hound me even after… I told him we were too far apart to even further discuss a deal. I should have known better...several years ago tried to deal on a used car there, and encountered same type of 'pressure' on a 'bad deal'. Not a good experience at all.Review Removed

They offered me a very insulting value for the trade and when I offered the same type of offer to their new vehicle they almost got offended. I feel like they need to treat… the customer as a customer and really understand the market. I ended up buying my infiniti at another dealer in Euless as the experience was a whole lot smoother, I basically signed the contract within 30 minutes after my test drive, Vs it took me 2 hours to get to the exact same deal with Crest. Folks, just spend the time to go to Euless and thank Edmunds for their terrific website.Great people
