Crest INFINITI

First off these guys are very aggressive when it comes to sales. They offered me a very insulting value for the trade and when I offered the same type of offer to their new vehicle they almost got offended. I feel like they need to treat the customer as a customer and really understand the market. I ended up buying my infiniti at another dealer in Euless as the experience was a whole lot smoother, I basically signed the contract within 30 minutes after my test drive, Vs it took me 2 hours to get to the exact same deal with Crest. Folks, just spend the time to go to Euless and thank Edmunds for their terrific website.
