I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2020 Mercedes GLC 300 at AutoNation Ford South Fort Worth! From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. A big shoutout to Tyler Morgan, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer.     My service was fine until I realized my 3 pairs of ray ban sunglasses were stolen. I'm never going there again or refer it to anyone again

    Arrived at 7 AM and they opened right on time. The technician was at the bay doors waiting and ready to help the other vehicles that were there. The shuttle driver was polite and a delight to talk to. They called when the car was ready. I arrived and didn't have to wait for them to go and retrieve my vehicle. The level of service here is amazing.

    I always enjoy my regular visits to the Auto Nation Ford in South Ft Worth. All of their used vehicles are in amazing condition and priced right. I've bought 2 vehicles from them in the past year and never felt pressured and didn't have to go through the back and forth secret haggling meeting between the salesman and the manager. I regularly walk the lot to see what they have and am always greeted and treated with dignity. That is, I'm not ambushed by a pack of hungry wolves like I am at so many other places.

    I have used Autonation South Fort Worth for repairs on my Mark LT with complete satifaction. Clark Skiles, Service Director, has always had a great team and recently hired Angela, who discovered a power steering leak, and shock absorber problems. Doug Bree, another recent hire, walked me through the whole repair process with complete a explanation, easing any anxieties that I might have had disappear. Doug also provided excellent customer service with phone followups and politeness. (I really appreciate that). Autonation will always have my business and my gratitude thanks to Clark Skiles and his team that continues to carry on with tremendous service and success. Teresa Pate

    LOVE This dealership....They were our 4th FORD dealership....The other 3 just didn't care whether we spent money with them or not. They couldn't be bothered to sell us a $36,000 truck. Not the case for Auto Nation Ford in South Fort Worth...Eric Victor and Phil Smith took great care in assisting us with the right vehicle and the right deal. They made us feel like they really wanted to earn our business from the minute we walked into the dealership. If you want an easy car/truck buying experience...Go see Eric! He won't disappoint.     Worst experience ever buying a car at AutoNation Fort Worth. Salesman Chris Purtell with the approval of his management sold the car out from under me. If you want to get screwed over, these are the guys to see.

  • Service Department Needs Improvement

    I bought a 2016 F-250 on 8/1. I brought it in to have running boards and a back up camera installed, plus they were going to repair some hail damage. After purchasing the truck, I noticed some loose screws and a missing screw on the right rear wheel well. I told the salesman about it when I brought the truck back for the above mentioned repairs. I took the truck to the dealership for these repairs on 8/5. He said everything should be done by Monday. So, knowing hail damage repair might take a little longer, I waited until the 10th, and then inquired about my truck. The salesman was out on paternity leave & he referred me to a different salesman. No problem there. 10 days later, I still have not heard anything about my truck. I ended up going to the dealership during the day, and the salesman immediately saw me and started scrambling to find out the status of my truck. He said it was finally ready and I could pick it up. Since I drive a company car i knew it would be after I got off work before I could pick it up. My wife drove the loaner truck to the dealership after she got off work. Once we got there, they couldn't figure out where my truck was. It took them about 30 minutes to find the service ticket to find out where my truck was. Then it still took another 40-45 minutes to physically locate my truck. However, once they found my truck they couldn't find the keys. So, they were going to send us back home in the loaner truck we had had while my truck was in the shop. While the salesman, Chris P., was putting more gas in the loaner truck, one of the service advisers, Randy K, comes running into the showroom with the missing key. Turns out, it was in some salesman's pocket the whole time. So, we go get the truck and I give it a quick inspection. They had not even touched the loose screws in the wheel well. Randy K took the truck back to the shop and fixed it himself, because by this time, most of the mechanics had gone home. A friend of mine had told me he had had some bad experiences with the service center here, but I thought I would give them a chance. I was not impressed at all! Although everyone was bending over backwards to apologize to us, it seemed like this was a pretty common occurrence. This whole debacle took almost 2 hours to get sorted out. ****The ONLY reason I did not give an overall 1 star rating is because of the salesman, Chris P, and the service adviser Randy K. They went above and beyond to make up for everything that went wrong.***** They have promised to wash my truck and give me a tank of diesel, so I will see if they honor that when I go back up there to pick up my tags. Oh, and when I got home, I found the service ticket on the back seat of the truck, in the little plastic work order thingy. So what really irked me was the obvious incompetence of the service department and the false attitude that they really cared about me. I asked about getting remote start added to make up for their ineptness. I feel like they just placated me with false promises.

    We dealt with Stevie Landers in the internet department and her manager Phil Smith. They were wonderful!! I received a price quote over the internet, made an appointment and went in to test drive. They gave us a appraisal for my trade. We let them know what price we were comfortable with. I told Stevie what things I needed (heated/cooled seats, back up camera, sunroof)...she found exactly what I wanted. They did show me the current model year as well, but it was out of our price range. We also had a competing dealership that was a horrible experience...this was night and day! Stevie and Phil bent over backwards to make sure we got what we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. This was an amazing experience! I love my Ford F150!!

    This store completely ripped me off. I purchased a used car from them. I noticed the front heated seats didn't work as advertised. They agreed to fix them. Over a week of driving back and forth (1hr+ commute). They said finally my car was ready. I drove it for 20mins and it was STILL NOT FIXED! They told me to drive it to another dealership to get it fixed. I waited over an hour and then Doug (the sales guy from auto nation) told me they wouldn't cover the bill to fix the seats "at this point I need to make a business decision". They gave me the run around and then bailed out on their end of the deal. They offer a nice 3 day return policy but then ran me around for over a week which voided those terms. This place is ridiculous and dishonest. Stay away! I hope Doug thought he made a great "business decision" because I promise you I will never deal here again and neither will anybody I know!

    The staff was helpful & honored their word unlike other dealerships that I had dealt w/ the same week. They were friendly & attentive. I had bought all of our previous cars from this dealership & made the mistake of venturing out to internet sales that led me to another dealership that was not true to their promise. I was fortunate to inquire about another care that ended up being from this dealership where I had a great experience & bought a new car on Valentines Day!!
