Great sales experience

We couldn’t of asked for a better sales experience. From the first couple of minutes we were on the showroom floor, to the minute we drove away in our car our sales rep Rob Ingram went above and beyond our expectations. He was patient with answering any questions, both while were at the dealership and throughout the purchasing process. He helped us find the right car within our budget without ever pushing us into any decision. He was very accommodating with our chaotic schedule and everyone we worked with helped to make the process very smooth! We would happily refer family and friends here and will probably return for our future needs.

I was able to take care of everything except signing the paperwork over the Phone and E-mail. Great friendly service through out the process. I did get a (short answer about paying off the loan) but it was on a Friday and late in the afternoon.

The best sales experience

Can’t say enough how easy Rob & Don made the purchase of our Escalade. From first contact with Rob, he was very straightforward on price, fair and made sure everything was taken care of before arriving to the dealership to pick up. Don also provided exceptional help on financing. We will drive the extra 20 miles to James Wood for service even though there is a Cadillac dealership just up the street from us. Customer service is first class!

Rob did a great job as usual, showing me various vehicles and helping me work through the logistics of what I needed. I am extremely picky and he was very patient and informative as I worked through my decision....after 8 vehicles purchased he’s still patient!! Chase did a great job working with us in making our decision to purchase a certified Chevy truck from James Woods. From allowing us to drive the vehicle on our own to being flexible with the cost. It was a total no pressure encounter. We looked at several other dealers with similar year trucks and some had slightly lower miles but the interaction just didn’t feel right. We are very pleased with our decision to buy at James Woods.
