A POSITIVE CAR BUYING REVIEW AS A WOMAN?!?!?!!??! Never in my life did I think it was even possible!!!!!! My experience at James Wood Chevrolet could only be described as white glove service. It was smooth, pleasant, and ZERO headache (which we all know is not the norm). The environment was calm, and friendly. Our sales rep Ryan Unver was so warm and personable; not once did I feel like "a number" to him. We knew what we wanted, and he ensured the process was fast as possible, and completely painless. Also, as a woman, this was the first time I felt like I was receiving a completely neutral and fair car buying experience. I normally leave a dealership frustrated, and not feeling that I was treated fairly compared to male customers.... the opposite was true with Ryan. Even though my husband was with me, he engaged me 100% in the conversation, never deferred to my husband with questions, and it was such a refreshing experience. We even had the pleasure to meet, and interact with the dealership GM, Will Lewis. You can instantly tell that the culture of the dealership starts with him. He takes great pride in his staff, and customers. He was so funny and friendly as well. It's always nice to see that a work environment is being led right; from the top down. It is shown throughout the entire car buying process. I cannot imagine doing business with any other Chevy dealership in DFW. They will have our business for many many years to come
