Rudy was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. The entire process was seamless, from the test drive to the final paperwork. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, just honest advice and a genuine commitment to ensuring I was happy with my purchase. Juan from the finance team was also wonderful, explaining all my options clearly and helping me secure a great rate.     I tried to buy my GMC Acadia from James Woods, The sales people did not offer to look into the car we wanted. So after buying somewhere else I returned for service to have change taken from my console, Al air cleaner housing damaged beyond repair and the car not being reassembled properly after work was completed. I have talked to Mr. Woods and the service manager and the have not done anything to retain me as a customer.

    I walked in thinking I wouldn't be able to get what I wanted but let me tell you, Rudy went above and beyond to help me get in the vehicle I wanted. It was top notch customer service and highly recommend. Made first time vehicle buying very easy.

    This was the easiest and smoothest vehicle purchase we have ever made! There was no back and forth to try and wear me down like past vehicle sales experience. I'd recommend David Sweeden, Juan in Finance and the Internet sales team to anybody.

    My new Impala had to be towed in for warrantee repair. Matt, the Service Advisor went above and beyond to ensure my car was handled in the best manner. He also went out of his way to get me a loaner car while mine was repaired. My only disappointment was the car was not washed when I picked it up.

    This will be the 5th vehicle I have purchased from your firm since 2000. And every time it is just a delight. The most recent purchase and the previous purchase, my wife and I were fortunate to have had Cynthia Gutierrez assisting us with our needs. She is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles she is selling and makes you feel like you are one of the family. She is respectful of her customers time and makes the entire process streamline and quick. Additionally finance, Mark did a great job explaining the different levels of warranty coverage and was easy to work with in dialing the final cost per month into where we needed it. Great job. James Wood should be proud to have you both working for them. Additionally hats off to the guys/gals in detailing, the final product looked awesome!

    Excellent service check in was a breeze, they had my loaner ready and it was a clean new 2015 Silverado 1500 LT equivalent to what I own. Jarrett my service rep was very professional and helpful, my truck was due for an oil change and I had a rattling noise coming out of the front passenger speaker. Jarrett said, ''no problem will get it fixed''. And sure enough he took care of it, now I can enjoy listening to my music through the awesome Bose speaker system again. Thank you Jarrett.Sum it all the checkout was painless and prompt the workers at the friend desk were all smiles and ready help. That's why I drive all the way from McKinney to this dealership, they really care from the car sales to the service. Thank you James Wood!!!

    Scotty did an awesome job to make sure our car buying experience was exceptional. He made sure we were comfortable and after we purchased the vehicle he went over every little thing on the vehicle with us in person. I really enjoyed him showing my wife and I the features of the vehicle. He is an excellent salesman. And he was a no pressure type of guy. I like that also. I don't like the high pressure sales man. Which Scotty isn't!!! Again Thank You to Scotty for a Great Experience.

    Our salesman Chase Whaley was AWESOME to deal with. He was very professional and prompt. He was straightforward and honest. He worked hard to put the deal together at a price we could afford in an effort to get us in the vehicle we had selected. We shopped at a lot of other dealerships prior to finding the vehicle at James Wood, Chase was a far better salesperson than ANY others that we encountered.
