Good Service Advisor, poor service personal

I tried to buy my GMC Acadia from James Woods, The sales people did not offer to look into the car we wanted. So after buying somewhere else I returned for service to have change taken from my console, Al air cleaner housing damaged beyond repair and the car not being reassembled properly after work was completed. I have talked to Mr. Woods and the service manager and the have not done anything to retain me as a customer.
