We love how Derrick never pressured us just to "make a sale." He patiently helped us choose the best vehicle for us… based on what we wanted and our budget. Juan made the paperwork part a breeze like always. This was our 3rd vehicle from James Wood and the customer service has been above and beyond every time! Straight forward, no bs sales team, paperwork done and ready to go just like they said it would be (in and out in under 3… minutes). We purchased our last two vehicles from James Wood but we’re leaning to Ford because Chevy is anti American and the dashboard on my Silverado has completely cracked and some has fallen into the dash. Very poor… quality, but Chevy saves money by building crappy products overseas. We received great customer service from Mike and decided to try Chevy once more .Michael, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us a great review!
