Derrick and Juan were amazing!! We loved how the car doors were open for us to look inside before a sales rep came to help. We love how Derrick never pressured us just to "make a sale." He patiently helped us choose the best vehicle for us based on what we wanted and our budget. Juan made the paperwork part a breeze like always. This was our 3rd vehicle from James Wood and the customer service has been above and beyond every time! We will be back in a couple years I'm sure!
