Zach was extremely helpful with explaining and showing my son and I the… issues with my vehicle what needed to be done to repair it. My last truck was purchased there and I knew Drew Ward would work hard to… help get the deal I wanted. I told him I wanted to sell my truck to my grandson for what y’all had offered for trade in. He said he could do that no problem. He found the new Colorado that I wanted and took care of getting financing on both of us at interest rates we were pleased with. We are both pleased with our experience at James Wood in Decatur. I’m sure my grandson will remember his first truck purchase for as long as he lives. No Gimmicks, No Pressure

I chose to make the drive to Decatur to purchase the first truck due to the advertised price. I expected some sort of bait and switch. It was… absolutely not the case. I was in and out with keys in hand within 35 minutes at the price promised to me over the phone. There was no way I was going anywhere else for my second purchase. Brad, my salesman met me at the door with keys in hand. Straight to finance , digital tables to sign docs on, thumb drive and a hand shake , 18 minutes, in and on the road.
