My service advisor, Mr. Bryan Stanley greeted me by first name and made me feel most… welcome. Bryan kept me notified of the progress of said work as I was waiting in the customer lounge while the work was being performed. Our new SLT - We worked with Clay Estes at James Wood Decatur

He was very straightforward and did not seem like a guy to give you any 'BS'. We appreciated his transparency. This was probably the 3rd… dealership we went to and Decatur is about 30-40 min away from our home. We still thought it was worth the drive to deal with Clay. We decided after the first day we met him we would buy our vehicle through Clay. We debated between the SIerra 1500 SLT and the Elevation but ultimately decided on the SLT (even though we had to stretch a little more than we anticipated) for the value of what the SLT offers. We love our new truck and we now have more space for the kids which was the ultimate goal. We appreciate Clay helping us through all the paperwork (there is a lot of paperwork) and helping us navigate through the entire process. We were very happy to find that the James Wood dealership treated us and our vehicles with the same enthusiasm as they would if we had just purchased… them from the dealership. When I got to the lot it was an awesome experience. I was in and out in no time. That's even after Matt… too time to so me all the awesome features on my new Encore. Ruben in finance was very patient with me and made sure I understood all of the details of my loan. I'll definitely be sending my friend thier way. Awesome experience overall.
