I had a great experience at BMW of Dallas. Jose Silva provided excellent sales support and made the experience stress free. Jose provided great communication throughout the sales process. I would also like to recognize Julie [Sales Mgr] for her support during the buying process.

    I went to get a rental car for the airbag recall and did not enjoy my experience. Maybe it was because they were busy that day, but I left very annoyed and will try not to go back to this location in the future. I was treated like a child and the people helping me acted as if they had better and more important things to do. After I signed the paper work they had be put my name down for a shuttle to enterprise. They sat me in the waiting area and never came back to see if I had been picked up. I waited an hour and finally decided to walk into the back to see why no one came to get me like I was told they would. My name had been highlighted as if they had already picked me up and taken me. When I told them I'd been waiting an hour they rudley asked if I had written my name down. Another service employee who heard me complaining, who had not been helping me earlier, got me a ride right away and was very nice. I just wish that would have been the service I got from the beginning.

    I received prompt service, and my advisor kept me well-informed. throughout the process Although I didn't have access to my car for a few days, I was given a loaner car so I could do what I needed to. I was in and out within 15 minutes when I dropped off and picked up the car. Most of the work I had done was covered by my extended warranty, and they took care of getting authorization for that work directly. I still need to drive the car for a few days to confirm that everything is operating as it should.

    I love the mini cooper dealership in Dallas! I will drive the extra miles to get to that one, verses the other one that is closer to my home. The employees go above and beyond to make me feel like I am the best customer! That is not found too often! So I am sticking with them!

    Made my appointment to have my brakes looked at because of a shimmy in steeribg wheel. Dropped off vehicle and was greeted by my Advisor. My advisor called me with updates on services performed on my vehicle and informed me my vehicles problem. I just had an overall great experience with the service department. Very professional in all areas.

    I bought a new BMW X5. I was impressed with the prompt and friendly service at BMW Dallas. I worked with Gary Aggas and he did a great job at finding us the exact X5 we wanted. Both Gary and the BMW Dallas management team were great to work with. Highly recommend this location to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle.

    Our family purchased a certified pre-owned BMW 535i M series at BMW of Dallas at the end of January. We were immediately greeted by the manager who put us in contact with the right salesman, Bretton Moncrief. Bretton never pressured us in any way while maintaining his professionalism, and was extremely patient with us as well. We will recommend Brett to our friends and family.

    This is my 3rd M-Series BMW in under 18 months and my buying experience with Robert Grisham was nothing less than stellar.     Laurie Hunchar is our salesperson at BMW of Dallas. She is fluid with all the working knowledge of a BMW and why and how it is important. She showed us all the vehicles we needed to see on 2 different occasions. Even when we requested to re-test drive one. She is energetic and has an easy going positive persona.She has experience on the sales side AND the technical ("how do you use all the features in this car") side. She is able to combine the 2. In the test drive she demonstrated many of the functions of the car and we have an appointment to learn more about the functions. She is not afraid to slam on the brakes nor take the vehicle to high speeds to show what the vehicles can do. Special nod to John Boscoe for listening to your story and helping get it done.     Malcolm was our motorist advisor and he was great in finding what our needs were and meeting them. He was also very patient and made the experience great. I have bought many cars but was really impressed with how he walked us through the process. Malcolm was detailed oriented and even provided a MINI tutorial for us to understand how everything works.

    Our salesperson, Malcolm was exceptional! I initially reached out to 3 dealerships and he was the most knowledgeable and to the point. He did what he said he would. Anyone looking for a Mini should knock on Malcolm's door. Working w/ BMW's finance was painful. I had to tell the guy to stop pushing the extras and finalize the deal. The process took too long and was uncomfortable.
