The Mini Cooper computer alerted that the State Inspection was due and Mini performed the testing quickly AND washed the car just like you would expect from a car… maker on the level of Mini and BMW! The staff was enjoyable and friendly. Going back to Mini of Dallas is like going back to a family reunion minus the negatives. We end up smiling laughing and just being happy by the time the car is ready.BMW Dallas is superb!

Tire Leak - needed new tire, cannot patch runflat

Jesse was great and very helpful when I brought in my car. They took a look and sent me pictures that… there was a deep nail that went into the tire. Since they are run-flat tires, they were not able to patch or plug the tire, and Jesse was able to clearly explain this to me. Excellent serviceBMW of DALLAS

I came in with little knowledge about the vehicle I wanted, but the representative filled me in on every detail to know about BMW. This was my first car purchase. I usually get… buyers anxiety when talking to dealers in the past just because of the fear of taking on a new commitment. But, the sales representative eased all concern and fear. Also my lease was almost over and my advisor suggested I talk to the sales team about my options...I left that day… with a new 535i! It was a great day! by Nice_Wheels on 09/29/2016My advice, KNOW the honest value of your car for trade purposes. I emphasize honest value. Second, know the value of the car they are trying to sell you. Doesn't take much guesswork here when the price is clearly published for the whole… world to see. Nothing worse than having a Dealer totally and completely waste your time manipulating numbers, and NOT honoring the published price of a vehicle. I have purchased at least 4 vehicles from these guys before. Today, I learned that my old Salesman is no longer with the Dealership. Shame on the new tactics.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Our General Manager would really like to help turn your experience around. by vangaran on 09/10/2016The sales and experience at BMW of Dallas was excellent, however the delivery of the new vehicle was not. The "run flat" tires were an issue, brought to their attention as a shimmy/vibration in the drive, it took an extra visit and need… explanation to have the issue taken care of. The tires were finally replaced (sitting on the lot for > 6months, they became molded)...yielding a vibration drive. Their service department may need to pay a little more attention to the customers insights.I always return to BMW of Dallas

Most dealerships will give you the "appointment is three weeks out" routine if you did not buy there.… Never had that problem at Mini of Dallas. They have always worked hard to get the car in and taken care of in the quickest way possible. We live 350 miles away, they understand that and they work with us to get the service work done while we are in the area. No better service department around. When you go in, ask for Joe Burk. He is top notch.Great Experience!

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. If/when the vehicle does need… service there is a very nice/clean and over-sized waiting area with free wi-fi. I would have given them 5 stars but I think they under valued my trade in a bit. Still a great experience.
