Great Find
by Doug314 on 03/27/2023Not often you find a 10 year-old Mini Cooper with 3,300 miles. I called as soon as I saw the online listing of BMW-Mini of Dallas. Surely this was a typo. I was assured this was a one owner car they sold and serviced at every scheduled… interval. I flew to Dallas the next morning and they mounted a new set of tires at no extra charge to send me safely on my way for a 12-hour drive back to St. Louis.Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. The Mini Experience

Once we arrived at dealership it was pretty much the same when it came to customer… satisfaction. I was able to get rid of my least favorite car I’ve ever owned to driving off with one of my all time favorite vehicles. I must also mention James as he was the bonus guy in finance. The mini has already found its home and has acquired the name of Sylvie for her beautiful silver color!!! This is fast becoming one of my favorite cars to drive. Literally showed up, negotiated the financing, signed the last of the paperwork. It… was literally an hour long process. This is my second mini cooper from the same dealer. They made the process so easy, never told me something wasn't possible, and without even mentioning it - took care of… the remaining payments, told me to NOT pay anything else on the BMW and had all of my paperwork done for my brand new 2016 Mini Cooper 2 Door ready to go. They found a car that fit all of my requirements, and then some. They stayed within my budget and didn't even require any money down. My sales person was awesome - offered to let me drive as many models as I'd like, even took me over to a lot where additional cars were held just so I could see the color combinations in person. The day came for me to purchase the car and the whole thing was done in less than two hours.
