by Expedition on 04/20/2023Very slow process! It took over a week to get my vehicle back. I had 7:30am appointment but had to call the following day to just get an update on my vehicle. I was quoted a price to fix the problem, which almost made me take the vehicle… somewhere else to repair. It turns out the repair was still under warranty and didn't cost me anything (which I was glad) but should have been informed of warranty coverage from the beginning.Hi, we appreciate you taking the time to respond. Professional sales, great communication

Everyone from sales was amazing to work with, specific shoutouts go to both Gary Eddins and Gary Gainan. Gary E was my main point of contact, he provided clear,… constant, and timely communication, when it came time for the truck to be picked up by the shipper, took the time to take photos of the loaded truck and send it to me. She is very helpful in getting the vehicles in and out. Keeping me informed during the process of repair… to picking up and dropping off. It's always a pleasure doing business at that location. Between her at service and Toni at parts with the team they have working on the vehicles. I brought in my car (by appointment having confirmed the parts were in stock) at 8am on Wednesday and by Friday at 4pm it was still in the que for service. This location has like 20 service bays.… I guess they'll "get around to it" when they feel like it. It seems we need a "Bill of Rights" like the airlines are subject to and a sign proclaiming anW Excellent in Service Award just doesn't seem to mean what it used to.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Service department dissatisfaction
by Bigdaddycane on 03/22/2023I brought my work truck in for service on February 7th and all got fed all lies up until the 28th. They looked and created a diagnosis, got approval from enterprise and ordered parts. But, never started working on the truck. Then they said… the shop was being remodeled and the lift capable of lift my wirk truck was tied up with another vehicle. Service advisor just kept giving me the run around. And when absent. The other members of the service team would blow smoke up my ass also. I told the service advisor that if the truck had not been opened up To park the truck upfront so my wife could pick up the truck. I was told the fuel pump was bad, the ac compressor was bad and the brushgaurd had to be removed. And everything was approved by enterprise. They just never touched the truck 22 days. Well wife picked up truck. Next day i took truck to my companies local service provider in Victoria, Texas . Crossroads service tire center. In one day. I was called to come pick up the truck that she was ready. And all the did was replace the expansion valve. And tighten to fuel cap. If you are going to scam a a lease company out of a lot of money Next time be prompt and get the BS service completed in a timely manner. Never have i ever had bad service at autonation Ford in Corpus Christi, Tx until this Theer gose the neighborhood. by Never_Use_AN on 03/21/2023I don't write reviews often, however, after this underwhelming experience, I feel it's necessary to inform anyone wanting to visit the service department at AutoNation Ford in Corpus Christi, TX about the unsatisfactory level of customer… service and professionalism I recently (Feb/Mar 2023) experienced at this place of "business". I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change/tire rotation on 2/17. I discussed with the service advisor a couple of other items I was having issues with and requested a diagnosis so we could schedule the repair at a later date once resources/parts were available. I picked the vehicle up later that day and received confirmation the issues I had would require further repair. I was directed to bring the vehicle back on 2/20 (3 days later) as all necessary parts were already in-stock and their tech was just completing another similar job therefore work on my vehicle would start immediately. I inquired about the time needed to complete the work and was told, "no more than a week" because they had the parts and resources available. I then dropped the vehicle off on 2/20 as directed. After 10 days, I had not been provided any update on the repair, no phone call, no text, nothing, so I called and had to leave a message to about the repair. Again, no call-back, no text, no fax, no email, nothing. 2 additional days later (3/3), I called again with the same result; AutoNation's inability to answer a phone....so I'm now forced to leave work early to inquire, in-person. To my amazement, I was informed my vehicle hadn't even been inside to start the repairs. I was then asked why I brought it in when I did....are you kidding right now? I was then made to believe the current fiasco was my fault and was further told some customers have had their vehicles in the service department for months....MONTHS???!!! Are you proud of this turn-around time, AutoNation Ford Corpus Christi, TX??? Fast-forward yet another 7 days (3/10)...vehicle has now been in AutoNation's possession for 3 weeks with no communication provided except for those I've received while present in the service department. So here I am forced to make yet another in-person visit to simply get information about my vehicle. At some point while on the premises awaiting an update, the service DIRECTOR (James) comes out and informs us he is now involved and was told the vehicle was in pieces and he promised to stay in communication and that the vehicle would be ready no later than 3/13.....to my surprise, James' words and promises carry zero weight as he too ghosted us....side-note: In customer service, communication is free. Fast forward another 5 days (3/15)....I once again had to call because James (SERVICE DIRECTOR) had completely ghosted us even after texting him for an update after his new promised time-frame had elapsed. Upon this call to the service department (they actually answered the phone this time), I was informed my original service advisor was no longer there and I actually had no service advisor and they were trying to figure it out....ummm what?!! I was finally told to pick the truck up later that day (3/15), having now being in AutoNation's possession for 24-days after originally being quoted 3-5 days. And even now, after driving the vehicle for 7 days, it still isn't driving right....nice work AutoNation Ford Corpus Christi, TX; I will NEVER do business with you ever again. I hope by writing this review, I will save the next customer their time, resources and utter frustration by completely avoiding this establishment because AutoNation Ford Corpus Christi, TX has proven they care nothing about one's time, resources or level of frustration their place will cause. Perhaps I'll receive another empty apology however.....AutoNation....hear me when I say this....Don't.Be.Sorry....BE BETTER! In closing, I truly hope this review is read by AutoNation corporate and their shareholders so all stakeholders are informed as to how their name and any good reputation they may still have are being misrepresented caused by the sheer lack of customer support and unprofessionalism being exuded by one of their establishments.Hi, thank you for leaving this detailed feedback about your experience with our dealership. Car service not professional at all
by ChristianP on 03/17/2023took the car in the morning, I understand they take the whole day day to service it, but they gave me the car at 5 pm and close the door literately in my face because they need it to leave, I wanted to check the car and ask questions and… they did not care, they just left. well my car oil life sensor wasn't reset, the tires sensor wasn't reset and the car was vacuum as they promised. Also when I bough the car they promised they will detailed and I have asked numerous time and they never can do it, it is always an excuse, the guy who sold me the car is not there anymore, so I guess Im dead in the waterHello, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Sales department gave us a brand new vehicle for a loaner. Service department was… great with communication on the issues and informing us on any updates needed.
