    The person I talked to was very helpful and respectful as he helped me to sign in and tell him what I wanted done to my car that day. (It was several things that were needed to be done) I used the courtesy car to return home and wait for my vehicle to be fixed) Thanks to all who worked on my car for it was certainly more than just 3 things.     Excellent customer service and early in the morning. I was welcomed and even offered coffee or water while I waited for my vehicle to be ready. The representative was very thorough wince my truck was ready. Definitely recommend..

  • Long Drive But Worth the Time

    After looking for two months, we found exactly the pre owned SUV we were looking for on the Auto Nation online site. Even though it meant driving from Houston to Corpus Christi, the photos, facts and price made it seem well worth the trip. And, it was!!! The vehicle was as advertised, and maybe even a little better. Our sales rep, Joel, made the entire trade in and purchase process easy.

    Took in to have my tire checked said they put air showed up before closing and was told shop was closed and they didn't know if air was put in my tire or not. The 2 women were rude and didn't give me the check out paper until I asked.

    We received our vehicle after 2 weeks. Although we are satisfied with the work performed, taking a week to diagnose a vehicle is a really big inconvenience. Our service representative helped us when we were pending payment from the warranty. We really appreciate the help as we had been waiting and really needed our vehicle back. The only thing I would ask for is more communication....just keeping us informed on the status of our vehicle. Thank you.

    I have 3 vehicles and Autonation services all three and there is no better place to get your vehicle serviced at. I scheduled a service appointment for 9-13-2023 because of a tire pressure monitor issue and GM had notified me of a recall for my model concerning the airbag. I called Ms. Anna Rodriguez and scheduled an appointment she is a most outstanding service associate and very experienced. I left my 2015 Traverse at Autonation South Corpus Christi Chevrolet service area with Ms. Rodriguez. I trust Ms. Rodriguez fully she is a professional's professional, maintains constant communication at all times of changing situations concerning my vehicle being serviced. The tire monitor problem was a bad sensor and was replaced the recall problem is on hold because of no parts available. Ms. Rodriguez called me, and informed m vehicle was ready, and I picked it up 9-14-2023. To me it is a real pleasure to deal with Autonation South and being treated with respect and honesty. I say Ms. Rodriguez is in my view the best in her field always smiling, very experienced and covers the service charges very well leaving no doubts or questions. I trust the service mechanics because they do a very thorough job and always let Ms. Rodriguez know it there are other problems. I highly recommend Autonation South Chevrolet for anyone wanting a professional service concerning their vehicle. I will continue to use Autonation South because they are the best and all my vehicles are in top running condition, thank you Autonation for a job well done. Paul

  • Oil change/tire rotation

    My experience was just okay the service worker that helped me was great but the service took over two hours for just an oil change/tire rotation I usually always wait and it usually takes 45 min to an hour I always make an appointment first thing in the morning also not happy with the price it has significantly gone up I usually pay 80 dollars or so but this time it was over 150 dollars and that was with a coupon

    They took two weeks longer than expected. They don't provide a loaner vehicle. The truck had transmission problems within the first 20k miles

    Purchased a 2023 Z71 Tahoe from Autonation South Corpus Christi TX and my wife and I want to say the very best auto sales staff we have ever dealt with. Professionalism is above and beyond: the sales atmosphere is filled with nothing but positives and a most enjoyable experience. I commend Sales Associate Ms. Amber Herrera who is very experienced, very respectful and patient answering all question with satisfaction. Mr. Albert Medoza, CFS explains all paperwork in a most detailed manner answering all questions professionally with respect. Mr. Travis Reynolds, SM was always checking to see if everything was ok and helping to clear important questions very professionally. I am a U S Navy thirty-year retiree and have purchased several new and used cars over my adult life and dealing with Autonation South was the very best ever.
