    Yes. Honesty is the most important compliment that I can give you. When I talk to Froy on the phone, he gave me straight, forward, and honest answers with no hype. When I came there and negotiated the deal for the Ranger, there were no surprises. That's more than I can say for a number of dealers that I've dealt with. Customers want to be treated with honesty and integrity. That's how I was treated at Gullo Ford Conroe. Thank you.

    I was wanting to upgrade to a larger SUV . My salesperson , Mason showed me a 2023 Ford Expedition King Ranch. It is a great ride , spacious and fuel efficient. Gullo gave me a good trade and good price.

    Dealers in California were tough to deal with. What they all had in common was the 10-15k markup. Not at Gullo Ford. I found their dealership online and they were very professional and easy to work with. We took took care of the financial arrangements and I flew out to pick up the truck and drive it back to California. It was a long drive home but I learned a lot about the lightning and ts features as well as how the chargin networks operate. Gullo Ford followed up with me days afterwards to ask about about my experience with the truck so far and if I had any questions. That is a first for me. Would I do it again? Absolutely. It was worth going the extra mile(s) to do business with Gullo Ford.

  • CRAP SHOOT-SERVICE

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE-IT’S A CRAP SHOOT! Dishonest/Lying/Misleading! Not going to give many details-you don’t want to hear them. Vehicle was towed in with simple check engine light on. Emily said they might get to it in 3 weeks, 3 1/2 weeks later said it needed a transmission & they were booked up for another 4 months & we were welcome to come get it & take it somewhere else. Yada Yada Yada. We picked it up about an hour later & went to another big well known dealer for our business. Yes I was rude to them on the phone-as rude as anyone would be who’s charged almost $300 for basically storing the car for almost a month, diagnostic fee for reaching under the dash & reading a code scanner. REALLY!? Ashame-we’ve had the same car there for service before that was acceptable, slow but acceptable, no complaints before. Of course there’s more to it but it doesn’t matter. Don’t know how long Emily has been in this line of customer service work-she’d have a better career cleaning houses or something.

    I just purchased my fourth vehicle from Gullo and as before, it was a super experience. Salesman Ben Mitchell is terrific and my husband and I will always go to Gullo regardless of where we live in the Houston area. They really do treat you like family!

  • Worst car buying experience

    One of my work car buying experience. I still don't have a clue why the sales person so rude and insulting when dealing with a simple car sale discussion from first sight till last. I bought a pre-owned cadillac escalade platinum here. Adam was very hard to work with. When asked a basic question on Escalade 3rd row, he says he is not a cadillac designer ( as If I am a fool to ask ) and similar was the dry response for the entire dealing. Worst part, after all paperwork, I gave check, the car had a check engine light which I pointed out and then I was blamed for that check engine light saying during my test drive, when I reved the car to hear engine soundness, that caused the check engine light which was a total B.S bocz after they temporarily clearing the check engine light, it came back 3 days after delivery. Then car had 3 more major issues, it was advertised with all options workings. I didn't even drive 100 miles, check engine light was on, transmission error. 1. Check engine 2. the adaptive cruise dont work or nor regular cruise 3. The center control LCD's bottom half screen touch does not work 4. Parking assist dont work. When I reached out to same sales rep and texted these issue, they refused to respond, reached out to dealer manager no one responds.

It has been noted you purchased a Extended Service Plan and then cancelled it a few days later. You contacted the Mgr and he also gave you the opportunity to return the vehicle which you declined. You are certainly welcome to come in and review the documents you agreed to or you may come in and trade the vehicle for another which if you are not happy with the vehicle you can do at any dealership. Again, our apologies for your disappointment with the vehicle you chose. Sincerely, The Mgmt.

    Even with the limited available inventory of hybrid SUVs, Gullo Ford had just the vehicle we were looking for! Our Sales Associate, Aaron, helped us obtain a fair trade-in value and great pricing for our new 2021 Escape. Business Manager, Joseph, navigated the financing in such a professional manner and got us a terrific rate. We would certainly purchase another vehicle through Gullo Ford!

    Very difficult to get ahold of Pre-Owned and Service managers after my recently purchased truck started having issues. If I didn't call, I'm sure I'd STILL be waiting for an update. After alot of back-and-forth they bought the truck back from me.

    What I liked was a couple of things, I used the same salesman from when I bought my wires car there is 2017, the salesman knew I was a serious buyer and was not a waste of time for him. Plus we were in and out in just a few hours including the test drive.

    Windshield water reservoir will not hold water, ask sales person to help get it repaired. He said take it to Subaru dealer. Car is between sales so Subaru don't want to repair. All went good with the sale until this. 5th vehicle purchased from this dealer
