Purchase good, no follow-up
by Catherine on 09/27/2018I brought in a car quote from a buying service so my purchase went well. I had trouble getting them to respond to receipt of the final loan papers both mailed and emailed, so finally dropped off a set (I live in Friendswood!). I have… tried to find out the status of my license plates which expired on 9/17. No response to phone calls, email or 3 chats. I can't imagine why it is difficult to send me a status. I would not recommend them based on the amount of time I have spent after the sale. PS. They told me the car did not have a warranty but when I registered it on Ford, it does. How difficult would that have been to check?Pleasant experience

by kew824 on 06/01/2015I purchased a 2015 Sierra SLE with the help of Stephen Mathieson. He was very professional and patient with me and answered all my questions, aiding me in my decision to 'go ahead' with my purchase. The transaction was very smooth and the… paperwork took minimal time. I will highly recommend Stephen to anyone else who may show an interest in purchasing a vehicle that Wiesner sells. It was also good to see Steve Reiker there, who sold me my 2002 Sierra. All in all, the experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you, and I look forward to as easy an experience with all my maintenance visits.[non-permissible content removed]!!
by GironA on 12/05/2014I was told that the oil changing service package I bought is for unlimited times in 2 years. But when I actually wanted to change the oil, they said I could only change it for free for 4 times!!!!!Wiesner in Conroe the ONLY place to Go!!!
by Pamela_Weisel on 08/31/20142014 Buick Encore Premium with everything you can imagine Mark N., Missy W. and everyone at Wiesner did an EXCELLENT job. This was the EASIEST vehicle purchase I have ever made. I am VERY pleased with everything all the way through to the… end with Amy in Finance. I got an EXCELLENT deal and Value on my trade. Not once during this process did I feel like I was going to be screwed or have them sock it to me. Wiesner will definitely be the ONLY Dealership I ever work with in the future.New GMC Purchase
by danp6747 on 07/20/2014Purchased 2014 GMC Denali and had an excellent experience. Mason was patient and very informative as we considered and drove several different vehicles. I would definitely recommend Mason and Wiesner to anyone considering a new vehicle.Rude Sales Manager
by minnbj on 08/31/2010We came to your dealership on Aug 26th after receiving an adverizement in the mail which featured a 2010 Acadia for $27k with a "Lifetime/Unlimited mileage power train warranty". Your salesman Kenny King was very helpful with us. He… asked another manager about it, who responded that it, was sold even without looking it up. This manager stated that a lot of time the vehicles are sold even before the ads gets to the public as it takes 2-3 weeks. Why advertize when you do not have the product?? Kenny checked the inventory and could not find any 2010. We had him give us a couple of prices on 2011's and showed him the Warranty ad. He was not aware of this and only could say, "If that is what it says". We did not negotiate any further as we had an appointment at Honda to test drive a Honda Pilot. My wife and I decided to buy the Acadia before your "Lifetime Warranty" went away. Kenny meets us outside as we looking at colors on Aug 27th. My wife changed her mind over the colors twice while there. Kenny showed us the one we wanted but it was only seven seats, which we had said before we wanted the eight seats. We asked him to find a SLE and a SLT1. As we negotiated Kenny had to go back to manager three times before we were within $200.00. We asked him to go one more time to make it even money while showing him our checkbook and that we were going to put $15K down. He came back stating that you could not do it. After a couple of exchanges of words we said Ok, to the deal and I ask him to write up the deal with the (attach) warranty on the contract. As Kenny was reading the ad, a manager came almost running over saying that we were not going to anything more for us in a loud voice. Besides he said I did not even know you were getting the mud flaps free. I told him that we have this ad which he replied in a loud voice said that it only applies to in stock vehicles. When I told him that there was no fine print and that Kenny had seen it on the 26th he was almost shouted as he said we were done, he would not honor the ad, and we could leave. When I tried explaining to him that this was false advertisement which he loudly said we were done, thank you for your business, and you can leave. Both Kenny and I were shocked at his reaction and my wife even felt threaten by him. We walk out to our car and Kenny came to apologize. I wanted to speak to someone higher, but my wife did not want to consider buying a vehicle any more from you dealership.Shady dealership - don't waste your time!!!
by djrorie on 08/24/2010My husband and I drove six hours to Conroe, TX to purchase a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. We arrived and told the sales person (Kenny King) we knew exactly what we wanted, we knew how much we wanted to pay, and we already had our own financing. We… told him how much we hated car shopping and we didn't want to be there all day. We specifically went to the Conroe location because we used the USAA car buying service and were referred to Wiesner Buick. Wiesner had a sad inventory of maybe three Lacrosses to choose from - none of which were what we wanted (color and model). The new car sales manager insisted he could get the car we wanted from another Buick dealership - he just had to work it out with the only dealership in Texas (Hearn, TX) that had the model and color Lacrosse we were looking for. My husband and I went to lunch hoping when we got back we would have an answer. When we returned, the sales manager said he was waiting for the other dealership to call him back. At this point, three hours had passed. After an additional hour of waiting, the sales manager announced the other dealership had agreed to the dealer trade, and we would have the car the following day. We waited ANOTHER hour for the paperwork to be completed so we could sign for the sale (no dealer financing necessary). We finally met with the finance department, signed paperwork and were out the door after five long, brutal hours. After initially giving us a low-ball offer on our trade-in, they agreed to pay it off; after all, we owed less then what it was worth. Anyway, we cleaned out our trade-in and went home in a loaner Lacrosse. The next day, my husband called Wiesner to find out the status of our vehicle - had it already left the Hearn, TX dealership? The sales man, Kenny, told him the Hearn dealership had still not agreed to the dealer trade and they were still working on it. WHAT??!?!?!?!?! My husband and I were livid. We thought we owned the car and now were being told there was a possibility we weren't going to get it after all. The sales manger lied to our face as he shook our hands and kept us there five hours knowing full well he had not worked out the dealer trade. I immediately called the Hearn dealership and was told by the owner's father they had NO intention on trading the vehicle because the Conroe dealership did not have anything they needed or wanted. The sales manager at the Conroe dealership was still lying to my husband as I was on the line with the owner from the other dealership. Bottom line, there was an utter lack of integrity and professionalism displayed by Wiesner Buick. We completely wasted our time and energy! That very evening my husband drove two additional hours to the Hearn dealership and purchased our vehicle within an hour and a half. Wiesner Buick should be ashamed of their shady and unethical business practices. They do not deserve your business. STAY AWAY if you value time and honesty!!! Oh and here's the kicker - after I demanded they bring us back our car and pick up theirs, Kenny, the so-called sales man, rudely exclaimed he should have us take them back their car but they would go ahead and bring us back our car to "be done with it." Also, when I told Kenny how upset I was he stated, "it's just like anything else in life - [violative content deleted] happens." Wow...that's the type of people you have working at your dealership Mr. Wiesner - hope you're proud...
