After the sale all the promises vanished

The price was good, but by the time I was picking up the truck I noticed that some accessories that were included in the pictures were missing (tounneau and floor mats) when I discussed that over the phone,… after sharing the pictures from their publication, it was agreed that at the time I picked up the plates, they will polish the truck in compensation. After that, I did not receive further answers to my messages, and the plates arrived by mail. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life

I arrived with credit pre-approved by my bank and with a check in hand with an interest rate of 7.15%. Due to the dealership's fault, my bank did not accept financing… for the vehicle that had problems with the document. As a solution, they offered me financing for the vehicle at a rate of 16%. Nathan Smith was extremely helpful and before I new it I was driving home a 2024 All4 JCW MINI Cooper S Countryman and only paying 5 dollars… more a month. Just after Steven the finances guy was clearly upset we didn’t buy a warranty package. All in all a friendly staff… I got a great car Jose was a good salesman.
