by You already know on 10/27/2021I’ve had issues with this dealership from the began and wish I never bought from them. Service is awful. I took my car for an oil change, which I had to make an appointment for. I set my appointment for 12 and took my car in at 11 and told… them I would pick it up after I got off at 4 since they also needed to check on a recall. I never received a call so before I got off work I called them, they told me that they were working on the recall as we speak and that it would be ready at 5. Once I got there I waited for 30 minutes and the manager for the service department (I’m assuming) came up to me close to 5 and told me that my car was ready and that they needed to order the part. I was pissed because I thought the point of me waiting was for them to install the part? Lack of communication. I think the guy sensed my anger and made small talk until they brought my car around. Totally looking forward to going back to that cluster F to have them install the part! :)Hannah Jordan

by Charles on 10/15/2021Was given appointment time for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived 10 min early, gave my keys and was told to have a seat in the waiting room. One and a half hours later I asked when might my car be ready. I was told that there were 2… cars ahead of me and they would get to mine as soon as possible. No reason why I had been waiting for over an hour w/no info that my car wasn’t being serviced. I did speak to the service manager. He stated that they were missing 2 techs and were running behind. I asked if that was not the reason for the appointments? Having customers wait for hours w/no work being done is not the way to keep customers. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealer. Having serious doubts buying from them again if this is the service they provide. I can find a dealer that is interested in taking care of the customers that buy their cars.We sincerely apologize for the long wait time. It is definitely not what we are known for! We do our very best to get our customers in and out in a very timely manner. Unfortunately we had a tough time with that being short handed in the bays that day. We do apologize for any inconvenience!

Terrible experience of a brand new ram truck
by Wayne on 09/29/2021I bought a lemon plain and simple. The truck has been a problem since day one. After 4 years of ownership it has only been to the dealer for 3 regular oil changes. Every single time other than that it has had to be left at the dealer for… repairs. The repairs have varied from pulling the front off of the engine to pulling the transmission multiple times. Repairing 4wd components multiple times, abs systems multiple times, having the turbo replaced, all the way to being almost stranded from the DEF system failing. Even the service tech told me it should have been considered a lemon the last time I took it in, but it’s not like they would seriously do anything about it. The service department is extremely unorganized, it stays so busy that you can rarely contact your service tech by phone. One of the previous service techs I dealt with early on with my trucks problems actually told me to email her because its too hard to contact her by phone. Over time the other service techs have became familiar with me because they recognize my truck from being there so often. The only person to legitimately help me there was the service manager, he was a super nice guy and straight forward. To everybody else there you’re just another customer, and to the sales department you’re just another person they want to make a buck off of. I feel as though you will receive a lemon from any automaker, but because of the way this dealership and Chrysler have handled my case I will never own another product of theirs. My truck even still under a full warranty has become such a pain to always have repaired and is even unreliable that I am finally having to sell it just to get rid of the headache. I should’ve listened to everyone else around town and never shopped there.Great service
