    The employees at Tipton ford in the service department are very professional and make sure they go out of their way so that customers satisfied . I’ve been with Tipton Ford now for almost a year and never been disappointed in any department that I’ve been in there . The valet service is also very polite and I’m fine and keeps you very informed of the exact time they will pick your car up and drop it off. I couldn’t be any happier with Tipton Ford outstanding service..

    When I received “Recall Notification”, took vehicle to dealership only to be told, oh yes you’ll receive a second notification, as we all know, never received 2nd letter.. had to contact Service Manager after I left a rant on-line .. after the dust settled, took the car in for (3) separate recalls on my 2013 Ford Fusion … MS Valerie Longoria treated me very well and informed me of could be done and the process of each recall .. once vehicle was accepted the process was smooth.. and the pending recall will be done once part arrives… again initial contact was not a good one , give credit to MS Longoria for her hospitality..

    I took in my brand new vehicle for a flooded engine. Staff was friendly and helpful and was given a good time frame that I would be out of my car. Further, follow up calls were always friendly and showed progress with my car. Great service at Tipton Ford Hyundai.

    2016 Ford Explorer. The service was excellent. Mr. Hector Lopez went above and beyond to make sure I found the vehicle I wanted. Since I live very far from the Tipton dealership,Mr. Lopez was able to send me pictures of cars he had available. This is the second vehicle I buy from Mr. Lopez and I will continue to come back to the best dealership in the Rio Grande Valley.

    Ford 2016 Explorer. Our salesman Hector Lopez was fantastic. He was able to make my buying experience an excellent one. I came back to Tipton Ford because I had previously purchased 2013 Ford Explorer from Hector Lopez. Hector took the time to look for the Explorer I wanted to purchase. He kept in constant contact with me through my email and cell phone. He even sent me photos of possible cars to purchase. I will be back again in a few years to purchase another car from Tipton Ford.

    Fernando and Erasmo are two guys I've dealt with before at Quick Lane, and they've always done an excellent job with my truck, Cynthia. Repairs are made quickly, and I've never had a repeat issue once I've been to see them.
