onWhen I received “Recall Notification”, took vehicle to dealership only to be told, oh yes you’ll receive a second notification, as we all know, never received 2nd letter.. had to contact Service Manager after I left a rant on-line .. after the dust settled, took the car in for (3) separate recalls on my 2013 Ford Fusion … MS Valerie Longoria treated me very well and informed me of could be done and the process of each recall .. once vehicle was accepted the process was smooth.. and the pending recall will be done once part arrives… again initial contact was not a good one , give credit to MS Longoria for her hospitality..
