    A few months ago we had an issue with my truck at the dealerships mechanic dept. It would take more than a week to repair. A rental nor a loaner was not provided to me. I mentioned this to my salesman Jesus Gonzalez and he went above and beyond helping with rides and lunch taken to my workplace due to me not having a car. He apologized many times on behalf of the dealership and took it upon himself to pay for my next two oil changes. I declined as it was not his fault i was in this situation. He saw me waiting on my oil change this past time and as always he welcomed me and as I was about to pay for my service he stepped in and took care of the cost of my oil change. I was in the service business for many years and it is rare when a sales associate WOWs me. Mr. Gonzalez has always welcomed me at the dealership with the upmost respect and professionalism that every customer should be treated with. I don't expect Mr. Gonzalez to take care of my next oil change as he promised but I do hope he is appreciated at the dealership for the care he has with his customers. Thank you.     Personnel is very friendly and knowledgeable. Make you feel welcome. I have been a customer of Tipotex for about 30 years and I keep coming back because of there personal and there treatment of customers.

    My wife and I were on a 2 week vacation when our truck broke down. Jesse Garcia was a very polite, informative and professional advisor. the work done by the technicians was excellent in quality. in fact the experience was so good we have talked about going back when it is time to buy another vehicle.

    My experience at Tipotex Chevrolet was truly excellent! Especially, the attention I was given in services for my 2014 Silverado by Service Consultant Adriana Mendez. She provided the best customer service and support anyone could ask for . Her attentiveness and true concern for my vehicle and my own concerns exceeded my expectations. She was able to determine the problem and how to deal with them almost immediately and was able to put my mind at ease with professionalism and actual working knowledge of her job and the product she services. Ms. Mendez is truly an exceptional employee and a credit to the TipoTex family, as well as, Chevrolet. Her abilities and professionalism are to be commended and admired. Needless bto say, my Chevy Silverado was serviced properly and quickly to my satisfaction and returned in fine working order Thanks to Ms. Adriana Mendez.

    Adriana, my service consultant, met me before I walked in the door. Assessed my needs in a professional manner. I was out the door with my car fixed much quicker than expected. Her expertise was greatly appreciated.

    It was nice that both Mari and Hector take the time to talk to me and help find the electrical problem with my truck. Once Hector found the problem he called with options and had it fixed the same day. The previous mechanic had my truck for three weeks and could not find the problem. With other dealerships I have dealt with, I would never receive a call and would have to call to see if my vehicle was ready. Great, prompt service!!

    My service rep Adriana Mendez is awesome, she is very courteous and very informative. She always keeps me updated on the status of my service and my vehicle. I have been with this dealership for 14 years am very happy with my service and with my vehicles. Tipotex Chevrolet is the Best!

    Tipotex has the best customer service I ever experienced... Great staff and great team. At the moment you walk in they greet you with a smile. Thank you for the service you provided me..     Well, the work was done in a very fast manner, I was there about an 1.15 minutes, which I thought was very fast. They gave me an estimate which I really appreciate it, and of course they were very courteous, eager to help, the mechanic explained every thing to me, and I really like that. That is one of the reasons I keep on buying Chevrolet. Thanks
