Dealership Service Review
A few months ago we had an issue with my truck at the dealerships mechanic dept. It would take more than a week to repair. A rental nor a loaner was not provided to me. I mentioned this to my salesman Jesus Gonzalez and he went above and beyond helping with rides and lunch taken to my workplace due to me not having a car. He apologized many times on behalf of the dealership and took it upon himself to pay for my next two oil changes. I declined as it was not his fault i was in this situation. He saw me waiting on my oil change this past time and as always he welcomed me and as I was about to pay for my service he stepped in and took care of the cost of my oil change. I was in the service business for many years and it is rare when a sales associate WOWs me. Mr. Gonzalez has always welcomed me at the dealership with the upmost respect and professionalism that every customer should be treated with. I don't expect Mr. Gonzalez to take care of my next oil change as he promised but I do hope he is appreciated at the dealership for the care he has with his customers. Thank you.
