Schedule B Service
by drbirdcpa on 12/23/2023I got an advertisement for a Schedule B service at a discounted price of $499.95. I made the appointment for 7:30, the first appointment time of the day. The Schedule B service is to include: Synthetic Motor Oil Replacement** Oil… Filter Replacement** All fluid level checks and corrections are dependent on factory-recommended service intervals for your vehicle’s year and model Tire inflation check and correction Brake component inspection Reset maintenance counter Cabin dust/combination filter replacement Brake fluid exchange They said my car used ten quarts of oil which is over the amount included of 6 quarts. They charged me not just for the 4 additional quarts but nine quarts at a cost of additional $78.12. This would mean they expected my car to only use 1 quart. FALSE. The Cabin dust/combination filter replacement is included in the service but I was charged an additional $139 for something that is included. For good measure they added a $49 customer shop charge I was charged $7.48 for windshield cleaning agent which was not requested. I was charged additional $29.34 for Brake Fluid when it was also to be included. I ended up being charged 644.26 for a contracted 499.95 + tax service. This is my second very bad experience with this M B Boerne service department. I recommend staying away from this service department.Easygoing

A wonderful service experience!

He told me what he would recommend and I agreed. He gave me an estionntime and then showed me around.… Within 30 minutes I got a video txt of the inspection, and within 75 minutes the work was complete and the car washed. I came from a great mb dealer in Colorado and was apprehensive at a new dealer. But my experience eased my apprehensions. It was a high quality service experience.We are thrilled to hear you had an excellent service experience! From the ease of making the appointment to being greeted warmly upon arrival, and then having a service advisor who provided recommendations and kept you informed throughout the process.
