I have never bought a Hyundia before but because of the service and knowledge my salesman has I will only buy… from Hyundia from now on. Everyone from De Wayne to the finance dept my service was a 10. (1 - 10) with a 10 the highest score allowed. I would give them 100 they were that good. Kori P.and DeWayne I. were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process, in other words (awesome). Despite that they were a little busy that day they… showed a lot of perseverance and were always helpful. This is my first Hyundai, I am very pleased with this purchase. The car is fun to drive, handles great, and gets about 32 mpg city and 42 highway with a combined mpg of 36, a lot better than what the stats are. I get tickled when filling up because it only takes twenty dollars and you can get almost 400 miles out of one tank of fuel. The customer service at Baytown Hyundai has been the best car buying experience I've ever had while purchasing a vehicle. They treat you like family and I am very happy with this car.survey

When I pulled up there was a salesman there to greet me he asked many questions to make sure we looked at my car of choice. We came inside after I found the vehicle of choice,… they offered me a great price on trade in and discount on the car I wanted to buy. We came to a deal within minutes. They have prices that compete with the biggest dealers and exceed the bigger dealers deals. They also work with you better, friendlier, and much much quicker in providing service. The salesman, Fred Lancaster, helped me out, and he was efficient, quick, nice, and willing to work with me to get the best value for my vehicle. I already had an existing appointment for some other work that needed to be done when I mentioned getting an reimbursement for the battery.… Honestly, I didn't expect any type of response.
