I bought a used Honda Accord and after 2 weeks, the battery was dead. So, I had to buy a battery. I already had an existing appointment for some other work that needed to be done when I mentioned getting an reimbursement for the battery. Honestly, I didn't expect any type of response. But, they decided to give me the reimbursement for the battery with no problems. Now that's great customer service and I will always recommend Baytown Hyundai.
