I truly don't mind. 1st, the expectations given for how long my wait would be was spot-on almost to the minute. I know to bring something to read and… hey, if you miss live music, Trevor's guitar mastery in the lobby will thrill you. He's awesome. There's a coffee bar with lovely staff who will offer you all types of snacks & beverages. And then eventually your car will be ready. Checking out never ceases to amaze me. The price originally quoted was actually higher than the final price. And the best part: hardly any upselling. I'm so worn down from upsetting everywhere but nope, these folks treated me fairly and didn't make me run screaming. I've written similar reviews about First TX Honda before and I mean every word. Really pleasant folks, pleasant environment, no crappy price tag surprises, I'm a happy customer. Oh, and my car ran like a dream afterwards, it was practically purring!what is this?

Service Tech reviewed with me my needs for the day and discussed/reminded me of suggested services that I had postponed a service prior.… Was kept advised of service progress and completion by text since I did not stay at the dealership during service. Was notified about 75 minutes later that services were completed. Was glad that they were opened on Labor Day bc my employment in an hour away and normally very difficult to get in on weekdaysService Review
