Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

Scheduling is fast and easy and I prefer to wait until the work is done. I have never brought back a vehicle after it has been worked… on due to their (First Texas Honda) professional staff. He was helpful from over 1,000 miles away. My husband drives a non-Honda car and… whenever he needs service he hates calling them because their service is terrible. Honda spoils us and so does Jay! Service 2012 Accord Coupe
by First Texas Honda on 06/25/2021At nearly 10 YO and 95,000 miles it was no surprise the brakes needed new pads in the rear and the front was still good; very pleased. The passenger side CV oil seal needed to be replaced and was completed along with the state inspection.… In total this would need the vehicle stay over night and picked up the next day, service advisor immediately offered a loaner car and this was iceing on the cake. RESULT: Very pleasant experience!!Reliable

I chose my time, they gave me a loaner car without issue, the loaner was like my own so easy to use. I dropped off… on Wed & was told pick up would be Friday or Monday. Friday night I get a vm stating my car would be ready Sat for pick up. Sat around 10 I was texted my vehicle was ready. I dropped off the loaner, walked inside and my car was pulled around ready to go.Quick and thorough service!
