First Car Buying Experience Huge Success!
by CWrock2024 on 05/29/2024Buying a car for the first time can be very scary and daunting. I was quickly relieved about how safe and welcomed I felt as soon as I stepped on the lot at Maxwell Ford. The experience only got better when David Terrell took me for a test… drive in the car I would eventually leave with that day. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure I got on the highway to really get a good feel for it. He made the process so easy for me once we got inside to discuss the price and financing. I can’t say how wonderful the experience was because of him! I highly recommend Maxwell Ford for any car buying or leasing needs!! Make sure you ask for David when you get there!Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience at Maxwell Ford. Good Sales, Terrible Customer Serivice
by JasonSchafer on 05/13/2024The sales team was great, but if you ever need to call them after your purchase, expect to never receive a call back. I called them about 6-7 times in a 2 week period and left voicemails with pretty much any manager that the front desk… would send me to. Never once had a manager answer the phone nor did they ever return a call! Amazing customer service right?!? Just be prepared to never have anyone reach back out to you unless you go in to the business in person!! Once they make the sale, they will NEVER reach back out to you unless you’re wanting to buy another vehicle from them! Had some electrical issues shortly after (new PowerBoost) and David spearheaded getting… the truck in and having it run through diagnostics. Worst Experience Ever
by Ccstarnes on 12/30/2023Bought a used truck for$16,000. 3 days later the truck wouldn’t start. Maxwell said I had to tow the vehicle back to them to look at and they would give me a discount on repairs. I was 3 hours away. Had to have vehicle fixed at a local… shop. Now the check engine light is on. Again no help from Maxwell Ford. I’ve own fords all my life. I will never go to this dealer again.2023 explorer

Sales team needs improvement

Just bad experience. Connor was good to work with.
