    Bought a new ‘23 F-150 from Maxwell around a month ago. Process was smooth and easy, and my sales guy, David Terrel, honored everything we spoke about. Had some electrical issues shortly after (new PowerBoost) and David spearheaded getting the truck in and having it run through diagnostics. All in all, it’s been a great experience with Maxwell.

    Alex M. was nice when I dropped off vehicle. He said it would take 3 hours for service to be completed. I dropped off vehicle at 1pm and since I didn’t get a call, I called him at 5:30p. No answer, left VM. I called main service line and was told he would call back in 30 mins. Didn’t get a call. The next day I called him back, no answer. I called main line and was transferred to his line, again no answer. I called main line again and was told an email will be sent to dealership. I received a call back but not from Alex, was told the reason the car wasn’t ready was due to the part needed was not available. I would’ve appreciated this information that same day so I could plan for the next day with not having a vehicle. Can’t remember the name of the advisor that did call, he was nice and understood my frustration. He called back once my vehicle was ready.

    I was surprised how fast service completed the work on my truck. The texting and online feature was awesome! They sent me a video of my truck and work they recommended to be done and you can approve or decline the work you want to be done through the link. I enjoyed working with the service advisor Leo!

    Maxwell Ford was fast and thorough. This will keep my truck running great for another few years. Alex McDuffie took the time to check my Ford rewards account and saved me over $400 that I had let accrue and forgot about. That was a big relief and surprise. Thank you for checking.

    Repair following g rodent damage to engine wiring of my 2018 Fird Fusion. Service Agent Andrew Sommerville did and excellent job following up with repair estimate, claim adjuster and completion of repairs. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire time my vehicle was at Maxwell Ford. Really appreciated his help with this claim.

  • Worst Experience Ever

    Bought a used truck for$16,000. 3 days later the truck wouldn’t start. Maxwell said I had to tow the vehicle back to them to look at and they would give me a discount on repairs. I was 3 hours away. Had to have vehicle fixed at a local shop. Now the check engine light is on. Again no help from Maxwell Ford. I’ve own fords all my life. I will never go to this dealer again.
  • Wayyy better than expected!

    I was super reluctant to take my car to a dealer for repairs, but local mechs said only a Ford dealership could replace the batteries in my 2016 Focus Electric. OK. I had it towed in and met with Megan in Service about repairs. I agreed to pay for diagnostics and quickly got a video inspection on my car's needs. They only needed to top off the wiper fluid (yay!) but got trouble codes indicating need to replace the batteries that make the car move (boo!). I'd read elsewhere the cost could run between $12k and $22k, but this would be under warranty. I know better than to get too excited, but we move ahead. Megan kept me updated via text messages. When it was all done, I went to pick up the car, bracing myself for some crappy "surprise." The only surprise? Both the upper and lower battery banks had to be replaced. Reprogramming took longer than expected. The total bill? NOTHING I could have cried (and still might). I straighten shelves at Lowe's for a living. I'm single. No cash tucked away for things like $20k car repairs. And somehow, this 2016 electric car was still warranted by Ford and nobody tried to screw me into paying *anything.* Not even the diagnostics I agreed to pay at the beginning. The car runs better than ever. I get the full range of brand new batteries, so it's pretty much a new car all over again. I might get another decade of use out of this car. Even if I don't, I've already won (so to speak). Maxwell Ford, Megan, and the fine mechanics back in the shop have earned my faith and appreciation. I'm sorry I ever doubted them to begin with.
