We could not… have received better care — if you want a new car, Anthony is the best!! We even called him a couple of weeks later to ask questions about a used Kia for our daughter being sold privately. The entire South Austin Kia team was really so friendly and helpful! Accommodating an urgent sale while having medical complications
by John on 04/27/2022This dealership went above and beyond to sell my a beautiful brand new Niro at no markup over MSRP despite the vehicle shortages. I had just got out of major surgery a couple days beforehand and they let me do everything but sign online so… I would have to spend very little time out of my house in my bathrobe with 4 tubes and blood collection bottles coming out of my body. They got the car all ready to go and personally dropped it off at my house the next day. Even bought my old vehicle at a fair priceThank you for your kind words for our staff, we appreciate it! I waited in their comfortable waiting room and drank their cappuccino. The… service was completed to my satisfaction. 2 hours for oil change

Not acceptable I have to make an appointment to wait two hours for oil and filter change.Thank you for your feedback about the service issue you encountered because that should not have happened. Today, Anthony, my service advisor offered me good advice on my vehicle, provided a Lyft ride and got my car washed.… This was in addition to timely service on my car.Thank you for your kind words for Anthony, we appreciate it! Limited communication

Got it out of the shop when released, but it broke down with 24hrs before I could leave the town and actually make it home to Dallas. I had to call for almost every update… on my car. Even when they stated they were waiting on me to approve a diagnosis… which no one had called me to obtain!Thank you for your feedback about your recent experience with service because that should not have happened.
