  • Derrick Evans is HORRIBLE 🤬 UNPROFESSIONAL

    Unprofessional & rude, no ethics, lack of consideration of my financial responsibility. Derrick Evans is a horrible salesman & person, he tried to strong arm me after seeing my financial record to put a substantial down payment of $8000 . I… refused he then sent me to another dealership where he could cut a deal and get part of the commission . I told him I had no interest, once I left he still worked my deal without my knowledge taking me completely off and using my cosigner as the primary and only person on the deal. Once we got the call informing us of what was going on and we refused he then called me and try to check me telling me to just let him do his job. I don’t know up from down left from right. Never in my life have a date with something so upsetting.

    Worked with Ken on the purchase of my 2012 Suburban LTZ, he was very knowledgeable and made the purchase extremely smooth. The vehicle was delivered clean and with all the items we discussion taken care of before I picked it up. Got my… registration completed and sticker on my vehicle within two days.

  • Everything from perfect

    First of all, Ken never tried to sell me anything. He tried to help me get the car that I needed. As a single woman, it's easy to go in to dealerships and know that they're going to try and bully and pressure me. That was not the case with… Ken. He gave me a great deal for the car that I bought, a fantastic trade in offer, and he made the paperwork process fast! Most dealerships keep you waiting for what seems like an eternity. I was driving my new car home in less than 1 hour. On top of that, Ken was very nice and pleasant. He didn't act like he could be working with some one else, getting more money.
